Justin Bieber's longtime personal assistant has reportedly quit, leaving the pop star's inner circle significantly smaller.
Reports suggest that the singer has also let go of his bodyguards and drivers and has "ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him."
Justin Bieber has been sparking health concerns from fans after making a couple of public appearances where he looked gaunt and disheveled.
Justin Bieber's Personal Assistant Quits

Bieber's inner circle continues to take a hit amid concerns that the pop star is going through a rough patch and has started using harmful substances.
According to The U.S. Sun, Bieber's estate manager and P.A., Mateo Caldas, has quit the role and is looking to focus on his acting career after previously winning awards.
Caldas, who has been working with Bieber since 2018, reportedly refused to comment on his time with the singer and why he left the role.
The "Peaches" hitmaker is also said to have cut ties with some bodyguards and drivers since welcoming son Jack Blues with his wife Hailey Bieber.
"Justin's life has changed a lot, and he wants to be careful who he has around him on a day-to-day basis; he sometimes finds it hard to trust," an insider said. "He's also working a lot less with bodyguards and drivers, preferring to drive him and Hailey himself on outings."
"Everyone wishes him well, and they are there if he needs them," the insider added.
The Singer's Team Has Undergone A Major Overhaul And Is Now 'Tighter Than Ever'

Bieber's team has slowly been going through a complete overhaul since he parted ways with former manager Scooter Braun, with an insider telling the news outlet that his team is "tighter than ever."
He has not been pictured with regular bodyguards Keith Gibbs and Eric Johnson in months, and fans subsequently noticed he has unfollowed security guard Kenny Hamilton.
Bieber is also no longer working with some of his other key team members, including Ryan Good, the creative director of his streetwear brand, Drew House, which he stopped promoting months ago.
The singer reportedly felt betrayed by Tristar for allegedly mismanaging his finances for years and quit working with them too.
He has since hired Edward White, who has worked with the likes of Johnny Depp, to manage his finances.
Justin Bieber Has Been Sharing Videos And Photos Of Himself Smoking

Amid his shrinking inner circle, Bieber has been embroiled in rumors of substance abuse after sparking health concerns from fans following a couple of public appearances where he was seen looking rough and disheveled.
After ringing in his 31st birthday last week with family and a few friends, the Canadian-born star took to Instagram to share a photo of him smoking from what appears to be a bong while sitting on an electric bike.
He also shared a shirtless video on Instagram in late February, where he was seen rapping about being high while munching on snacks.
The Singer's Rep Slammed Comments Made About His Well-Being And Alleged Use Of 'Hard Drug'

A rep for Bieber recently downplayed rumors that he is using "hard drugs," claiming that the singer is starting to feel drained by speculations that he is struggling with his mental and physical health.
"The recurring narrative that Justin is using hard drugs is absolutely not true," the rep told TMZ, adding that his client is actually "in one of the best places in his life."
They said Bieber is focused on "actively parenting his newborn son" and has endured a "very transformative" past year.
The rep also noted that he has "ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him."
Justin Bieber's 'Concerned' Friends Want Him To 'Get His Sh-t Together'

Meanwhile, Bieber's "concerned" friends want him to put himself together and start acting his age.
Following the video where he was seen smoking, two sources close to the singer told The U.S. Sun that they fear he has reverted to "acting like a teenager" and is "losing touch with reality."
"It's concerning," the first source said. "[Justin] is 30 years old now; he's an adult and should be taking better care of himself. He knows everyone scrutinizes him."
"For a guy who used to work out and eat healthy, it's strange to see him like this," the source said. "I'm not the only one telling him that he doesn't look great—not for his fans, not for the public. His image as a dad isn't great; he looks like he's aged 10 years."
The second source, who had worked with Bieber as a fitness expert, said the star is "behaving like a rebellious teenager," which is "very frustrating" for those who continue to support him.
"He has to get his sh-t together and return to the inspirational figure he was before," the source added. "He needs to be on his A-game."
"Justin needs time off, in my opinion," the first source noted. "He should focus on simple things and cut out the immature behavior."
