Jennifer Aniston Makes Instagram History

Jennifer Aniston joined Instagram on Tuesday and everyone flipped out. They flipped out so much that it caused Aniston to make Instagram history.
Right now she has roughly 11.8 million followers on Instagram, but that's not all.
People writes that Aniston broke the Guinness Book of World Records for being the quickest person to reach 1 million followers on the social media site. She accomplished the feat in five hours, 16 minutes.
Aniston defeated Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in the Instagram Wars, a thing we just made up.
Harry and Meghan reached the 1 million milestone in five hours, 45 minutes when they joined Instagram in April.
What's more -- Aniston just joined a couple days ago, and she already has more followers than the royal couple.
Aniston made an understated announcement on Instagram when she joined, writing, "And now we’re Instagram FRIENDS too. HI INSTAGRAM."
And it appears that Instagram crashed after she shared her first photo -- a group pic with her and her "Friends" friends.
Instagram, naturally, responded:
Instagram says they were "aware that some people are having issues following Jen's profile — the volume of interest is incredible! We are actively working on a solution and hope to have it up and running smoothly again shortly."
