In a candid response, Hough reassured followers that she is in the best shape of her life and healthier than ever. “I was full of inflammation in my 20s and had a marker for an autoimmune issue that I addressed and committed to over a year and a half ago,” she explained. “I’ve frozen my eggs over the last few years, which also shifts body fluctuation.”

She emphasized that prioritizing her health and well-being has led to a positive transformation, both physically and emotionally.

Beyond the physical aspects, Hough opened up about the emotional journey she has been on, explaining how stress and emotions can manifest in the body. “Grief, loss, sadness, and fear also get stored in the body, and we hold on to that in different ways,” she said. “I made it a huge priority to accept, express, process, and release a lot of emotions over the years.”

She also addressed comments about her bubbly and high-energy demeanor, assuring fans that her playful personality is a sign of true inner peace. “This playful side of me is the most authentic version,” she wrote. “When kids are the most playful and can be the most strange and weird versions of themselves, it means they feel the safest to do so.”
