Colton Haynes and ex-husband Jeff Leatham settled their divorce in pure Hollywood fashion, one will keep the BMW and the other will keep both of the Mercedes.
According to the ex-couples divorce settlement, obtained by The Blast, Colton will keep the 2018 BMW X5 which is currently in his possession. Mr. Leatham, on the other hand, will keep both the 2016 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van and the 2016 Mercedes Benz 963.

Also, according to the settlement, Colton will keep all jewelry, clothing, personal effects, that includes the 'Platinum Diamond Eternity Bands' which is described as "engagement and wedding rings."
Colton struggled with substance abuse during the relationship and posted a statement along with sharing a picture of him in the hospital.
“I don’t want to skirt around the truth to please other people or to gain economic success. I have far more important things to say than what magazine I just shot for or what TV show I’m a part of (although I’m very thankful I still get to do what I love)", he shared.
He continued, “I no longer want to project a curated life. I get immense joy when someone comes up to me & says that my willingness to open up about depression, anxiety, alcoholism, & addiction has helped them in some way. I’ve struggled the past year with trying to find my voice and where I fit in & that has been the most beautiful struggle I’ve ever had to go through. Worrying about what time to post on social media so I can maximize my likes or being mad at myself that I don’t look the same way I did when I was addicted to pills is a complete waste of why I was put on this earth.”

“I’m posting these photos to let y’all in on my truth,” he concluded. “I’m so grateful to be where I am now (a year after these photos were taken) but man these times were dark. I’m a human being with flaws just like you. If [you’re] in the middle of the dark times…I promise you it doesn’t have to last forever. Love y’all.”
The couple did not have a prenup and have waived the right to collect spousal support from one another.
The 'Teen Wolf' star will keep all royalties from his work on television and in movies.
Colton and Jeff, who is a celebrity florist, were only married for six months before splitting. The couple got back together a few times but officially ended the relationship in 2018.
Jeff asked Colton to be his husband on a Mexico vacation in 2017, the proposal even featured a personal message from Cher.
The duo were married in Palm Springs, by Kris Jenner. Guests included Sofia Vergara, Billie Lourd, and Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
