Snoop Dogg's Daughter Cori Broadus Welcomes First Baby Three Months Before Due Date

Snoop Dogg's daughter Cori Broadus has given birth to her first baby at 25 months.

Cori announced the early birth via a post on her Instagram page, describing her emotions.

In December, Cori revealed she and her fiancé, Wayne Deuce, were expecting their first child, a baby girl, adding that the pregnancy was "unplanned."

On Friday, Cori shared a black-and-white picture of her newborn daughter's little feet after her birth.

In the post's caption, the proud mom described the circumstances surrounding her baby's birth, revealing that she arrived before her due date.

She wrote, "The princess arrived at 6 months. I've cried and cried, I've compared and compared, blaming myself because I wasn't able to give her all that she needed."

Cori also wrote, "But no matter what God always shows me that He got me! Baby girl came at 25 weeks today and she's the best!!!"

She concluded, "Thank you God for getting me this far."

After announcing her daughter's birth, Cori shared that she had a cesarean section. She posted a picture on her Instagram Stories that showed her lying on the operating table.

She captioned the snap, "1st c-section was a success. S/o to the man up above."

Cori shared another picture on her Instagram Story showing her hospital bed. She then narrated the complications that led to her daughter's early birth.

She wrote, "Got to the doctors yesterday thinking I had a bad case of gas... whole time I was developing 'HELLP SYNDROME' which is very severe and can even cause death if untreated."

Cori added, "Doctors told me thank you for coming and if I would've waited a few more days it would've been really bad. Ladies please listen to your bodies and don't believe everything you see on TIK TOK (talking to myself lowkey)."

Many of Cori's friends and fans took turns congratulating her on the birth of her baby girl and sharing their experiences with early births.

Her mom, Shante Broadus, let the comments, writing, "My Berri."

Singer Zonnique Pullins wrote, "Congratulations beautiful mama!!!!!"

A fan wrote, "Congrats Love! And you are sooo sooo blessed! My grandson was born at 27 weeks and he just turned 5 last week! God is with you and your bundle of joy!"

A second fan commented, "You got this babes. I just had a preemie at 35 weeks 3 days. Stayed in the NICU for 107 days and she's currently 5 months and thriving. Stay strong for the both of you."

A third person added, "So proud of you mama! She couldn't wait to meet you and put a face to the voice she's been hearing. You're great! I love you."

In December, Snoop Dogg's daughter announced she was expecting her first baby with Deuce, sharing that they weren't trying to get pregnant when they found out.

She told E! News, "I found out Oct. 28. This baby is so unplanned, but we are soooooo blessed."

At the time, Cori was four months pregnant and shared that her pregnancy was "high risk." She said, "I'm high risk pregnancy and doctors were very concerned for me and the baby."

However, the 25-year-old, who was diagnosed with lupus at age six, said, "God has his hands on me, and me and the baby are doing perfectly fine. I'm having a girl."

She also shared how her parents reacted to the news of her pregnancy, saying, "My mom and dad were so excited, their baby girl is having a baby."

Cori revealed that Snoop Dogg wanted a grandson, saying, "My dad was hoping for a grandson, though."

Cori's pregnancy and childbirth both happened when she wasn't expecting, but that won't dampen her excitement about becoming a mom.

While speaking to the outlet, she shared how much she looked forward to meeting her daughter.

Cori said, "I'm just excited to love on my baby girl and make her feel like she's the prettiest in the world. Growing up, I wasn't the most confident and never felt like I fit in, so just to instill all the beautiful things in her head at a young age. And I'm having a mini me."

The new mom also revealed how Deuce felt ahead of becoming a dad. She said, "Wayne said he's excited to have someone that looks like me."

Cori added, "He knows she is going to be so beautiful and he just can't wait to build things for her and give her all the love in the world."
