Travis was performing "Butterfly Effect" and when he jumped up to hype up the crowd, he landed awkwardly and his knee buckled below him.
In the video, you can see the rapper slam down hard on the stage after the injury as he tumbles to the ground.
Check the video where he hits the deck as he knee buckles underneath him.
According to onlookers, Travis addressed the crowd saying he thought he may have broke his leg, but told the fans, "Nothing can ever stop this show."
Like a true performer, Travis remained onstage as a few crew members jumped up to take a look at his knee.
It seems Travis somehow taped up his leg and we're told he finished his entire set for the crowd. But, he was forced to remain in one place while he performed the rest of his hits.
Rolling Loud was the center of a controversy earlier in the week, after the NYC issued a letter asking that certain rappers not be allowed to perform.
The banned acts included, Casanova, Pop Smoke, Sheff G and Don Q.
The letter read, “The above listed performers have been affiliated with recent acts of violence citywide. The New York City Police Department believes that if these individuals are allowed to perform, there will be a higher risk of violence.”
Martin Morales, assistant chief, signed and finished the letter “I look forward to working with you in an effort to keep this event safe.”
