Teddi Mellencamp has shared her first social media post after undergoing brain tumor surgery earlier in the month.

The television personality's fans have been waiting for an update from her since her surgery, but none has been forthcoming, though her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, and sister, Justice Mellencamp, have given updates.

However, Teddi posted on her Instagram page on Tuesday, though it wasn't related to her surgery.

Teddi Mellencamp Celebrates Her 'Miracle' Baby's 5th Birthday

Teddi celebrated her daughter Dove's 5th birthday by sharing a photo montage featuring some of her most precious moments. The montage was set to singer Ruelle's "I Get To Love You."

In the post's caption, Teddi wrote, "Happy birthday to my miracle baby. Hard to believe it's been 5 years since you made our lives better and brighter."

She concluded, "But no matter how grown you get, you'll always be My Baby Dovey."

Many of Teddi's friends and fans joined her in celebrating Dove's birthday. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Dolores Catania wrote, "Happy birthday Dove. Your momma name you right. You radiate joy and peace and love to this world. Big hugs to you."

A fan wrote, "Happy Birthday [Dove emoji] Praying for you Teddi."

Another fan gushed over Dove, writing, "Such a cutie."

Why Teddi Mellencamp Calls Dove Her Miracle Baby

Teddi has often referred to Dove as her miracle baby due to the nature of her birth and her experiences afterward.

The Bravo alum suffered infertility setbacks before welcoming her daughter Slate, 12, and son Cruz, 10. However, she conceived Dove naturally.

Since Dove's birth, she has experienced health difficulties and was diagnosed with the rare condition lambdoid craniosynostosis, which affects how a baby's skull forms after birth.

Dove underwent surgery in 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic but fought through the challenges, a trait she picked from her mom.

Teddi Mellencamp Reveals She Will Undergo Brain Surgery

Teddi, who has suffered several health setbacks in her lifetime, shared another devastating update with her fans on February 12.

She shared a post on her Instagram page, writing, "For the last several weeks I've been dealing with severe and debilitating headaches."

Teddi added, "Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization. After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least 6 months."

The "RHOBH" alum revealed that she would surgically remove two of the tumors on the day of her post while "the remaining smaller tumors will be dealt with via radiation at a later date."

Teddi further wrote, "I am blessed to be surrounded by my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses and surgeons who are doing everything possible to get me back into better health."

She concluded, "Thank you to everybody who has reached out, and to everyone who has supported me along this journey."

After Teddi Mellencamp's post, many of her fans waited for an update on her surgery.

The concerned fans bombarded her estranged husband Arroyave's Instagram with questions. He eventually responded via a post on his Instagram Stories, writing, "All I will say right now is surgery went well."

Arroyave acknowledged Teddi's difficult recovery process and added, "That said, I've never seen @teddimellencamp in so much pain."

Days after Arroyave's update, Teddi's sister, Justice, opened up about her surgery via a post on her Instagram Stories. She shared a black-and-white photo of her watching over Teddi as she slept on her hospital bed and described her as the "strongest person" she knew.

Justice wrote, "Watching a loved one suffer is horrific. I've tried to get back to everyone who has reached out & I know Teddi will share her journey when she is ready."

She added, "She is by far the strongest person I know. So many emotions as I travel home today but her village is the best one I've ever seen and I'm grateful for them! Your prayers are everything. Thank you."
