Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak are beyond determined to stay unmarried to each other. The "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" alum's husband has expressed his intention to dissolve the marriage once again after she left Fulton County.
Kroy Biermann's decision comes shortly after the couple finally sold off their Milton mansion after bouts of price reductions and threats of auction.

The estranged couple is nowhere near resolving their broken marriage; instead, they include a new update on their situation. Biermann informed the court of his decision to file another divorce from Zolciak because she changed locations.
The reality star submitted the new document on Thursday afternoon, indicating that Kim has relocated to a different county in Georgia.
Consequently, he needed to refile the paperwork to initiate the divorce process again. The new location to slug out their very messy divorce is now Cobb County, as confirmed by TMZ.

Divorce does not stop the reality star from looking after her estranged husband. However, the bigger picture shows that Zolciak only worries about his conduct towards her and the kids.
The Blast shared that Zolciak raised concerns regarding her estranged husband's mental health, indicating that he needs a thorough psychological examination.
The reality star noted that the former athlete had grown the habit of bursting into lengthy false commentaries about her in front of their children.
She requested the court's involvement to have medical experts evaluate Biermann for possible Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), noting that the former NFL star could be showing signs of a cognitive condition.
Zolciak referenced his history as a professional football player who has had a few hits to the head and now stands the risk of being affected by the degenerative condition.
According to Mayo Clinic, CTE is a brain disorder that is likely the result of repeated head injuries, leading to the death of nerve cells in the brain.

Zolciak was convinced his mental condition was behind his erratic behavior. To back up her claims, the TV star cited a Boston University study revealing that over 90% of former NFL players exhibited signs of CTE.
The filing comes after the exes got into a heated argument on Christmas Day and invited the police to their now-former home in Georgia. Zolciak reported to the cops that her estranged husband made away with her prescription medications valued at over $1,500, which she kept in her private storage area.

In the wake of their bitter divorce battle, Biermann and Zolciak initially listed the house for $6 million. Nevertheless, this sale came in handy to salvage their current monetary situation.
The home has also survived multiple rounds of threatened foreclosure. It had a close shaving with a planned auction last September, but the plan was foiled.
