With so many great options - Botox, fillers, lasers, facials, and so many others - there are a lot of different things that can be done to help your skin look and feel younger without going overboard.

“Hollywood’s elite is requesting treatments that are all about subtle rejuvenation, natural enhancement and bio-regenerative aesthetic,” Speed told The Blast exclusively.

“Right now, we’re seeing a surge in demand for polynucleotide injections, often called the ‘salmon DNA facial.’ This treatment has been a staple in Korea and Europe for years, but it’s now making waves in Hollywood because of its ability to stimulate collagen, improve skin elasticity, and repair damage at a cellular level. Celebrities are obsessed with it because it offers long-term skin regeneration without the frozen or overfilled look.”

Facial balancing with dermal fillers is something that’s always been a “top-tier request,” according to Speed. But there recently has been a change in patient goals.

“Now, the goal isn’t just bigger lips or higher cheekbones. Instead, it’s about achieving proportion and symmetry that looks refined, not obvious,” she explained. “Strategic filler placement in the chin, jawline and temples is being used to soften any signs of aging while maintaining facial structure, rather than the hyper-volumized look that was popular a few years ago.”

There's Also A Shift Toward 'Longevity-Focused Treatments' And 'Next-Generation Bio-Regenerative Treatments'

There’s been a “big push toward longevity-focused treatments like exosomes, PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) and bio-stimulatory injectables like Sculptra and Radiesse.” These don’t just fill but also stimulate the body’s own production of collagen over time.

“Studies have shown that Sculptra increases collagen production by up to 66% after a series of treatments, making it a favorite among celebrities who want to age in reverse ‘growing younger’ without looking like they’ve had ‘work done,’” Speed shared.

Celebrities are also turning to “next-generation bio-regenerative treatments that deliver instant glow and long-term rejuvenation.”

“The Ez Gel PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) takes traditional PRF to the next level,” Speed said. “Unlike PRP, which has been around for years, Ez Gel PRF uses your own blood’s growth factors and stem cells to create a gel-like filler that can be injected into the skin. This triggers high-level collagen production, improves elasticity and enhances skin texture, without any synthetic materials. Celebrities love it because it gives their skin natural volume, regeneration, and a light-from within glow.”

Other Popular Med Spa Treatments To Consider

There are many other great options to consider when thinking about younger looking skin.

"For those needing a last-minute, high-impact skin refresh, the 24K Gold Botox Facial is the go-to. This treatment infuses micro-dosed Botox with serums and peptides with 24K gold needles, helping to tighten pores, smooth fine lines, and create a 'flawless' airbrushed finish," Speed told The Blast.

"Beyond the face, body contouring has also become a key red carpet prep strategy. A series of treatments like RF microneedling (Scarlet RF) are helping stars tighten and tone problem areas like abs, arms and legs leading up to major events. Hollywood’s biggest names aren’t just preparing their faces for the red carpet anymore, they’re making sure their entire body is red carpet ready, which also can include the use of GLP1s."

Another popular option is Skinvive, the first and only FDA-approved injectable skin booster made with hyaluronic acid, designed to improve the texture of the skin, enhance skin hydration, and create a long-lasting glow.

"Unlike traditional fillers that add volume or structure, Skinvive is injected just beneath the surface of the skin, acting as an internal moisturizer that provides a plumping, smoothing, and light-reflecting effect," Speed shared. "It's essentially a hydration infusion that makes skin look naturally radiant, dewy, and refreshed without altering facial features."

Speed said this is a "top choice for red carpet prep" because results are quick - usually within one to two weeks and can last up to six months.

Natural-Looking Injectables Are Also Trending At Med Spas

Injectables are nothing new, but there are some natural-looking injectable options trending currently.

"The biggest trend in natural-looking injectables right now is the shift away from traditional fillers and toward bio-stimulators and regenerative treatments," Speed said. "More people and more people are realizing that filler fatigue is real. Over time, hyaluronic acid fillers can linger longer than expected, migrate, or create an overfilled, unnatural look. Now, patients are favoring treatments that enhance and restore volume gradually rather than just filling lines and wrinkles."

Speed shared that many high-profile clients and celebrities are "moving toward longer-lasting, more natural enhancements that don't require constant maintenance" with a focus on "skin quality, elasticity, and structure."

What Med Spa Treatments Will Dominate In 2025?

According to Speed, 2025 will be dominated by bio-stimulatory treatments because more and more people are seeking natural, long-term solutions to volume loss and skin laxity.

"With the continued rise of GLP-1 weight loss medications like Ozempic and Wegovy, there’s an increasing demand for treatments that help tighten skin, restore lost volume and prevent the 'deflated' look from rapid weight loss," she explained.

"One of the biggest game-changers will be bio-stimulatory injectables like Sculptra, Radiesse and Ez Gel PRF because they stimulate the body’s own collagen and elastin production. These treatments are becoming the go-to for natural-looking volume restoration in areas like the face, hands, buttocks and even knees, where skin laxity can be a concern after weight loss or with age. Bio-stimulators build structural support in the skin, giving a firmer, lighter and more youthful look that lasts longer."

Another major focus in 2025 will be on muscle-building treatments that work with weight loss and body contouring, such as Emsculpt Neo.

"As aesthetics moves more toward preventative and regenerative treatments, 2025 is going to be the year where people move away from overfilling and toward customized, bio-stimulatory approaches that work with their body’s natural aging process," Speed said.

So what's not popular any longer? Speed said, "the overly exaggerated, hyper-filled look."

"Overfilled lips, overdone cheeks and extreme facial contouring with filler are no longer the aesthetic goal. Patients I see now want natural, balanced results. This shift has landed us at bio-stimulatory injectables like Sculptra and PRF over traditional HA fillers to restore," she said. "As the industry moves toward longevity-based treatments, we’re seeing a decline in anything that doesn’t age well or carries unpredictable risks."
