Kanye West Has Odds Stacked Against Him In Rumored Bianca Censori Divorce, Says Legal Expert

Bianca Censoriis set to allegedly earn above $5 million if the divorce between her and Kanye 'Ye' West takes off.

The Yeezy architect will reportedly be smiling on her way to the bank if she follows through and pulls the plug on her marriage to the rapper. However, a legal expert says she has most of the advantage and can even earn more if she wants.

Bianca Censori and Kanye 'Ye' West tied the knot in a secret marriage in December 2022, but she is now reportedly tired of his excesses.

Attorney Neama Rahmani of West Coast Trial Lawyers shared his insights regarding the potential divorce involving Censori. Rahmanu suggested she could be entitled to significantly more than the previously reported $5 million if she is willing to pursue it.

The lawyer explained that California's community property laws would allow Censori to claim half of the designer's income from the past two years, exceeding $10 million, especially without a prenuptial agreement.

He noted that considering Ye's previous difficult divorce from Kim Kardashian, he might not be inclined to take this case to trial. Additionally, given the fallout from his recent controversial statements, Rahmani told the Daily Sun that Ye may struggle to find quality legal representation.

Censori's role as a witness in several lawsuits against him may also influence the dynamics, indicating that keeping her satisfied is in Ye's best interest.

Divorce rumors surrounding Ye and Censori have intensified, particularly after an eyewitness reported a heated argument between the couple on the red carpet at the Grammys before her controversial see-through dress appearance. 

Sources indicate that their relationship has been tumultuous, with Censori often needing to distance herself from Ye's erratic behavior. An insider shared that while Ye believes Censori is angry with him, she has confided in friends that she does not intend to return to the relationship. 

Adding to the controversy, the rapper also faced backlash for his disturbing comments about Censori and his inflammatory remarks on social media regarding Jewish people.

On February 7, he controversially stated, "I have dominion over my wife. This ain't no woke a-s feminist s-t," further stirring public concern about his views and the dynamics of his relationship.

He has reportedly been staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, while his wife is believed to reside at their new $35 million gated home nearby. On how the couple met, Censori's friend claimed the rapper texted the architect on Instagram urging her to work for him in his company.

Before the job, the 30-year-old started a jewelry company called Nylons after leaving high school. She also worked as a student architect for three years before earning a master's degree between 2019 and 2020.

She moved to LA after to join his company, Yeezy, as the "head of architecture," a position she has held since November 2020.

Two years later, the couple tied the knot under a "confidential marriage license" in California. They got married in Palo Alto, California, just one month after Ye and Kim finalized their divorce.

Barely three years after the wedding, The Blast reported that the couple have now reportedly lawyered up to commence their rumored marriage dissolution.

Sources with direct knowledge revealed that both Ye and Censori reps contacted a divorce lawyer earlier this week. This, however, is not the first time a legal inquiry has been made.

Another source claims that back in October, when reports of marital trouble first surfaced, one of Ye's reps angrily contacted a divorce attorney, only for the lawyer to decline to represent the rapper. 

The continued legal consultations suggest a split may be more imminent than Ye and Censori's camp has publicly admitted.

Due to the lack of a prenup, sources indicate that many of his debts, particularly the loss of his Malibu property, were incurred before his marriage to the architect. As a result, she would not be held accountable for these debts.

Despite the nearly factual nature of the divorce claims, the couple's media representative, Milo Yiannopoulos, insisted all was well between them. He emphasized that the couple was in Los Angeles, preparing to celebrate Valentine's Day together.

The former Yeezy employee continued that any announcements regarding their personal life would come directly from them rather than from unverified media sources.

Yiannopoulos also noted that this is not the first time the media has inaccurately reported on their relationship status, humorously questioning whether this marks the fifth or sixth incorrect report regarding their separation.
