Paris Hilton was among many celebrities who lost their properties to the Los Angeles Fires that caused havoc last month, but losing one particular item hurt the socialite so much.
Actress Riley Mae Lewis has opened up about her interaction with Hilton at the 2025 Grammy Awards and revealed an item that the media personality lost that hit her hard.
Despite losing her Malibu home, Hilton assisted in providing relief to families impacted by the inferno.

On February 15, Lewis discussed Hilton's devastating loss in a bombshell paparazzi interview with RAAV.
She revealed that she met Hilton while waiting to walk the red carpet at the 2025 Grammys and struck up a conversation with her.
Lewis shared, "I told her that I was sorry that she lost her house in Malibu, and automatically, a switch flipped. She became extremely emotional which totally makes sense."
The 21-year-old also revealed that Hilton was devastated and opened up about how she "had so many memories with her kids at that house."

The interviewer brought up the hate that some people dished out to celebrities amid the Los Angeles Fires.
At the time, some people felt the celebrities could cope with losing their properties because they were "rich," forgetting that they had built many memories in the burned homes.
Lewis shared her thoughts on the issue, noting that there are "certain things you can't replace."
She then revealed that she overheard Hilton "talking about how she lost her mom's necklace in the fire, and she was really, really upset about it."

After news of Hilton's Malibu home loss made headlines, she took to social media to confirm the reports and added that she watched her house burn down on live television.
In the lengthy post, Hilton wrote that she was "Heartbroken beyond words." She added, "Sitting with my family, watching the news, and seeing our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV is something no one should have to experience."
The 44-year-old recalled some of the "precious memories" she and her family built at the home, including her son Phoenix's first steps and her and her husband, Carter Reum's dream to build a "lifetime of memories" with their daughter London.
Hilton also wrote, "While the loss is overwhelming, I'm holding onto gratitude that my family is safe. My heart and prayers are going out to every family affected by these fires. To all the people who have lost their homes, their memories, and their beloved pets."
She added, "My heartaches for those still in harm's way or mourning greater losses. The devastation is unimaginable. To know so many are waking up today without the place they called home is truly heartbreaking."
Hilton Reveals Plans To Assist Those Affected By The Fires

Hilton also revealed that her 11:11 Media Impact Team was reaching out to nonprofit organizations to determine the best way to support communities impacted by the fires.
She added, "We're committed to offering help as soon as possible and making a meaningful difference for those who need it most."
Hilton expressed deep gratitude to firefighters and first responders, calling them true heroes for their bravery and sacrifices.
She urged everyone to stay safe, follow evacuation orders, and support one another, hoping the fires would soon be contained.
The mother of two concluded, "Sending so much love and strength to all of you. We're in this together, LA. Hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight. You never know when everything could change."
Hilton Provides Direct Cash Assistance To Families Affected By Wildfires

Paris Hilton kept to her word that she would assist those hit hard by the Los Angeles wildfires. She volunteered at Baby2Baby and Pasadena Humane Society, fostering a displaced dog.
The businesswoman also hosted families at the Hilton in Montebello and raised $800,000 for emergency relief through 11:11 Media Impact.
Hilton also granted $150,000 to GoFundMe's Wildfire Relief Fund to assist 150 families.
She remained committed to helping displaced families with cash assistance, housing, and essentials.
