Audrina Patridge's ex-husband Corey Bohan has been cleared of Child Abuse charges after the reality star claimed he had assaulted their 3-year-old daughter.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the Orange County District Attorney's office has rejected the case against the professional snowboarder.

In the documents, Bohan's lawyer says, "The court already has access to the social services report regarding (Audrina's) allegations of abuse toward the minor child. After reviewing the CAST video and conducting an investigation, Social Services has elected to close the matter meaning that it did not believe there was enough evidence, even with the video, to make a case."
He continued, "Likewise, the District Attorney did not believe there was enough evidence to file charges and has rejected the case."

During the investigation, the couple's daughter spoke to the Child Abuse Services Team (CAST) because the couple's young daughter would not talk to the police. The interview was videotaped.
According to the rejection documents, The DA has sent the file back to law enforcement but has said it leaves an option open to file charges at a later date.

Audrina is now trying to obtain the videotaped interview so she can use it in the couple's custody battle. Even though no charges were filed, Partridge is still fighting for full custody of their daughter.
"The entire domestic violence request is nothing more than a disgruntled parent seeking to eliminate the need to co-parent with the other parent and deny (Corey) of his custodial time with their child," Bohan's attorney says in the filing.

The couple has been going through a nasty divorce and custody battle, with both stars leveling allegations against each other.
As The Blast first reported, Bohan, filed documents claiming the reality television star made up child sexual abuse allegations against him in part so she could exploit their daughter having her appear on "The Hills."

Bohan claimed, "In May 2019, Audrina made false claims of child sexual abuse against me to CPS. An investigation was done and the results of the investigation were that the allegations were unfounded."
The pair is due back in court later this month.
