NETFLIX BITES has officially arrived in Sin City, bringing a unique dining experience inspired by the streaming giant’s most popular shows. Located on the Strip inside MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, this pop-up restaurant features exclusive dishes that perfectly pair with your favorite shows.

Guests can indulge in a curated menu of tasty bites, immersive decor, and a vibe that blends entertainment with fun cuisine. Whether you're a foodie or a binge-watcher, NETFLIX BITES offers a one-of-a-kind way to enjoy your favorite shows and meal at the same time.

Netflix is known for telling stories and NETFLIX BITES is no different.

"Every dish at NETFLIX BITES is designed to take guests beyond the screen and straight into the worlds of their favorite Netflix shows. We didn’t just want to reference these titles—we wanted to create flavors, textures, and presentations that feel like an extension of the storytelling itself," James McBride, Vice President of Food & Beverage for MGM Grand Hotel & Casino exclusively told The Blast.

"Whether it’s the elegance of a Bridgerton Regency Tea or the playful tension of Red Bite, Green Bite, the menu was crafted to be a direct reflection of the shows that fans love."

From the moment a guest walks into the pop-up restaurant, a unique and memorable experience begins.

"NETFLIX BITES is more than a restaurant - it's an experience. From the moment you walk in, you're stepping into a world where food and storytelling collide," McBride said. "Expect dishes that surprise you, drinks that challenge the norm, and an atmosphere that pulls you right into the magic of Netflix. Whether you're a longtime fan of these shows or just looking for something completely unique, we've created something that turns a meal into a memory."

The menu is just as binge-worthy as the shows on Netflix. A lot of thought and consideration was put into creating a menu that guests won't soon forget.

"Netflix has built some of the most immersive and beloved stories out there, so the challenge was figuring out how to translate that energy into food," McBride told The Blast. "We worked closely with the Netflix team to identify key moments, themes, and aesthetics from their biggest hits, so they could be transformed into a dining experience."

Ultimately, that means that the food and drink options offer "playful elements" and are Instagram worthy, such as "an edible chocolate terrarium for the Leo-fied Lassi or a bourbon drink with a cotton candy 'lightning cloud' for The Mind Flayer," which will bring some Netflix favorites to "life in a whole new way."

"It's about making these stories not just something you watch, but something you taste, feel, and experience at the table," McBride added.

Whether you're a fan of "Stranger Things" or more of a "Bridgerton" kind of person, the experience is about more than food.

"This isn't just about dining - it's about bringing Netflix's biggest hits to life in a way that's completely immersive," McBride said.

"We want guests to feel like they're stepping into these stories. "There are plenty of nods to different shows, including the way dishes are plated and the experiences built into the meal," McBride shared.

"Whether it's the challenge-based nature of Red Bite, Green Bite, the interactive dessert showdown of Nailed It and also the Dessert is Lava where gummy contestants battle for survival in a Floor is Lava-inspired challenge, or even subtle design elements and memorabilia throughout the space. If you're a real fan, you'll definitely spot a few things meant just for you."

The menu at NETFLIX BITES is jam packed with fun and delicious options. It might be hard to pick what you want to try first.

"We designed this menu to have something for everyone while making sure each dish felt connected to the stories that inspired it," McBride said.

"Some of the standouts include The Grand Line Showboat, a One Piece-inspired sushi ship meant for sharing; The Pink Soldier, a cocktail that puts Korean soju front and center, just like 'Squid Game;' and The Mind Flayer, a bourbon-based drink that brings the eerie, stormy energy of 'Stranger Things' to the glass. And of course, we had to have a challenge element—so dishes like Red Bite, Green Bite and The Dessert Is Lava add a little excitement to the meal."
