'RHOA' Star NeNe Leakes' BFF Marlo Hampton Accused Of Owing $13,000 in Back Taxes

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes’ BFF Marlo Hampton is accused of refusing to pay up on a tax bill.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Hampton was recently slapped with a Federal Tax Lien by the IRS.

The “RHOA” friend is accused of owing back taxes for 2017. The total amount owed for the year is $13,418.55.

The IRS warns if the debt isn’t paid in full, they will begin the process of seizing her assets and property.

Hampton has appeared on “Real Housewives of Atlanta” since season 2. She was upgraded to a “friend” for season 4. She would come back on and off for a couple seasons.

She was promoted to “friend” again since season 10. Hampton and Leakes have known each other for years and have beefed for short periods of time.

The “RHOA” cast is bringing the drama lately and the new season hasn’t even premiered.

Kandi Burruss recently announced she was expecting a third child via surrogate. Burruss has a 16-year-old daughter Riley from a previous relationship. She also shares a 3-year-old named Ace with husband Todd Tucker.

Eva Marcille revealed she gave birth to her third child last week. Eva and husband Michael Sterling welcomed a son named Maverick.

Maverick is Marcille’s second child with Sterling. Her daughter, Marley Rae, was from a previous relationship with Kevin McCall.

As The Blast first reported, McCall was recently charged for domestic violence over an arrest earlier this year.

Back in April, McCall was arrested by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. He was taken into custody and booked on one felony count of injuring a spouse or cohabitant. The records show the alleged incident went down on January 14, 2019. The name of the alleged victim has not been released.

He was released from jail after posting $75,000 bond.
