Swift is no stranger to being present at the Super Bowl, as she attended last year's event to support her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
The pop diva did so again this year, joining a host of other celebrities at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans to watch the Kansas City Chiefs attempt to win a third consecutive Super Bowl.
However, when Swift was shown on the big screen during the game, she was greeted with boos from fans, which confused her.
A seemingly shocked Swift, who sat with her friend Ice Spice, gave a side eye before asking, "What is going on?"

Williams reacted by standing up for Swift and urging her not to let the crowd's antics get to her.
She wrote, "I love you @taylorswift13 don't listen to those booo!!"

Another fan explained that fans of the Philadelphia Eagles booed Swift because of her past affiliation with the team and present support for the Kansas City Chiefs due to her and Travis Kelce's romance.
The fan wrote, "Eagles fans are booing her. She's originally from Philly area but obviously rooting for Travis and Chiefs."
The fan is not wrong. Swift was definitely going to face an NFL loyalty test during Super Bowl 59.
The "Blank Space" singer, a native of Pennsylvania, had mentioned several times in the past, before her relationship with Kelce began, that she is an Eagles fan.
There is enough evidence of Swift's support of the Eagles, including her name-dropping them in her song "Gold Rush, and rocking their gear many times.
However, she has switched allegiances since her romance with Kelce began and has attended many Chiefs home games to support him. Hence, it is understandable why Eagles fans may want to boo her as a way to express their frustration at her for "betraying" them.
Philadelphia Radio Station Bans Swift's Music
Taylor Swift got a taste of what was to come at Super Bowl 59 when a Philadelphia-based radio station, 94.5 PST, announced that it was pausing all things about her.
According to CBS 42, the radio station said in a release that they are "pressing pause on all things Taylor Swift." The move reportedly came after a Swiftie and a Philadelphia advertising agency trolled each other continuously with adverts in Kansas City and Philadelphia.
The radio station's Brand Manager, Joe Hyer, spoke about the decision to pause all Taylor Swift activities, saying, "Taylor turned her back on us, so we kind of have to turn our back on her."
Hyer continued, "In 2023 Taylor came to Lincoln Financial Field and called Philly home — even saying her lyrics in "Gold Rush" [which refer to an "Eagles shirt"] were about the football team (and not the band). It kinda hurts that she's turned her back on us."
With the Super Bowl already underway, one can only wait to see who has the last laugh between Swift and Eagles fans.
