Kaia Gerber's Cheeky Mexico Bikini Deemed Inappropriate 'In Front Of' Dad

Kaia Gerber raised eyebrows with her bikini action, although fans didn't seem disappointed to see her in swimwear. In September 2020, the model enjoyed a vacation in Mexico, where paparazzi photos showed her soaking up rays with parents Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. Looking incredible in a tiny bikini as she topped up her tan and wore a sunhat, Kaia flaunted the body she's inherited from her supermodel mother, but something about the family setting was giving fans the ick. When users reacted to the snaps, they noted how Kaia was wearing her bikini in front of her dad, something some deemed awkward.

Looking a little curvier, but nonetheless showing her signature slender frame, Kaia stunned in the sun, rocking a green and black bikini with a triangle top. Displaying her mile-long legs from a furnished terrace, the YSL Beauty ambassador wowed in her plunging bralette, showcasing her slim shoulders and abs while flashing her cleavage.

Wearing matching bottoms that drew the eye to her hips and legs, Kaia completed her poolside look with shades and a straw hat, perhaps wearing a little pink lip tint, but otherwise going makeup-free. Kaia and her family were joined by now ex-boyfriend Jacob Elordi, who was photographed shirtless in swim trunks.

Photos also showed Cindy enjoying a pool dip with her husband, plus plenty of snaps showing Kaia's cheeky thong bottoms. The Daily Mail's photos quickly attracted comments. Over 1,600 fans upvoted the leading reply, which read: "Who wears a thong in front of their dad? yuck."

Agreeing, another fan replied: "I was coming here to post the same. Gross."

Also popular, and with over 1,400 upvotes, was the fan writing: "Lol I can't imagine wearing that bathing suit around my parents - it doesn't even do anything for her anyway." That said, some focused on Kaia Gerber's parents. "I think it's nice that Cindy and Rande are still affectionate and happy after all these years!" one fan wrote, noting Cindy's long-lasting marriage.

Kaia did, however, garner plenty more remarks about the family situation, with a further one reading:

"I would be so embarrassed to walk around my family with my everything hanging out."
