Mel B has just been sued by her former hair stylist who claims working with her got so bad, she even staring using his name on prescriptions for obtaining her drugs.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by The Blast, Mel was sued by Gary Madatyan who says he was a hair stylist to the stars when he met the 'Spice Girls' star.

In the suit, filed by celebrity attorney Ben Meiselas, Madatyan claims Mel B made him apart of her whole life, including moving into the same apartment complex so that he could do all things for her even managing her.
He claims he was paid a salary of $10,000 a month, but $7,000 of that was monthly rental of the apartment.
After working as her hair stylist, he quickly became her assistant, butler, and even partially her manager.

Then, he says things got ugly. He says a famous doctor, Charles Sophy, started working with her as her "personal doctor," and working on the case with her children involving a custody battle with her ex-husband Stephan Belfonte.
At one point, he claims the doctor "prescribed amphetamine salts using (his) name which he did not authorize or consent to." The drugs were for Mel B, and not for him, and he complained about the situation.
The stylist included text messages in his lawsuit, where he questions Dr. Charles Sophy about using his name in the prescriptions.

He says once he discovered the manipulation of his name for the reason of obtaining prescriptions, he complained and then fired.
In the documents, the stylist claims he also refused to lie to the LA Department of Children and Family Services for Mel B about the situation with her and Belafonte.
The Blast
He says he was critical of the doctor who was "berating and threatening" about also wanting him to lie to the authorities.
To make matters worse, he says Mel B ran up a tab of $200,000 on his credit cards and using his bank account of her own personal expenses.
The Blast
The hair stylist is suing for wrongful termination, infliction of emotional distress.
