Kandi Burruss is calling out Bravo, NBC Universal, and the producers of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" for mistreating Kenya Moore during season 16.

For those who may be unfamiliar with the situation, Moore and Bravo had a major falling out in the summer of 2024. Reports began to swirl saying that Moore had allegedly showcased compromising photos of her castmate, Brit Eady, during a massive event.

Since then, the network cut ties with Moore and axed her from the promotion of season 16. However, she's not gone entirely. Throughout the promotional materials for the upcoming season, watchers saw a glimpse of the former Miss USA doing what she does best - stirring the pot.

Kandi Burruss Does Not Like How Bravo Is Treating Her Friend

Burruss, who's a "Real Housewives of Atlanta" veteran, departed the series in 2024 after 14 seasons as a peach holder. Throughout her time on the show, though, she developed a close bond with Moore, who joined in season 5.

Consequently, the situation regarding Moore and the network hasn't sat well with her at all. During an Amazon Live Event, the "No Scrubs" writer shared her unfiltered thoughts about the Season 16 trailer and the fact that Moore wasn't given an official cast portrait.

According to Burruss, leaving Moore out of the promotional materials took things to another level.

"I was pissed about that," she said before saying Moore is the reason the season will have an explosive first half of episodes. She admitted that she's unsure how Bravo will "edit" the situation between Moore and Eady; however, Burruss feels strongly that shouldn't have impacted whether to include her in the season's promotion.

"But I'm like, y'all couldn't even let her picture be a part of the show? The other friends of the show had pictures," she continued while pointing out that longtime peach holder Cynthia Bailey, who will appear in Season 16 as a "friend of the show," also got an individual photo.

Kandi Burruss Does Not Like That Phaedra Parks Had A Cast Photo And Spot In The Trailer

Burruss continued her passionate monologue and even threw shade at her former best friend, Phaedra Parks, who will return to the show in 2025 after departing in 2017.

"Then you threw somebody else at the end of the clip, honey, a twerk session," she said, referencing the end of the super teaser, which showcased Parks dancing in front of Bailey. "But you couldn't put Kenya, who filmed half of that season?"

"The disrespect," she said before saying that Moore has contributed a lot to the show's success.

In the summer of 2024, during filming for Season 16, Moore and Eady were involved in a dramatic storyline for the upcoming batch of episodes.

However, during an all-cast event, things went downhill. According to reports, Moore allegedly showcased images of Eady performing oral sex in front of a room of guests and cameras.

This led the network to briefly suspend Moore while they investigated the situation, ultimately leading to her dismissal from the cast.

The reality star replied to the allegations later, calling them false before saying she'd "never engage in revenge porn."

Moore hasn't been able to talk much about the scandal since it hasn't aired on television yet. Still, she left her followers with a message, hinting that her name would be cleared after the scenes were shown to the viewing audience.

"I have always been vindicated. I can't talk about STORY even with people planting fake news," she said.

Burruss isn't the only "Real Housewives" star defending Moore. On social media, Brandi Glanville, who Bravo and NBC Universal have also sidelined for her alleged role in a misconduct case involving Caroline Manzo, voiced her support for Moore, saying she was encouraged to show photos of her co-star.

"I'm pretty sure producers pushed Kenya to show that video," Glanville wrote. "They know what is going to happen before it does."

She went on to slam Bravo for allegedly encouraging their more outspoken cast members to create explosive moments for the sake of entertainment and ratings, only to discipline them when things go wrong.

"Create the villain, enable the villain, praise the villain, then punish the villain for being… a villain," she posted.

Later, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum, who Manzo accused of assaulting her during the production of "Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip," questioned why Bravo was punishing Moore and not some of her peers on other iterations for similar behavior.

"Women are physically fighting on RHNJ [and] that seems to be [okay] with producers. Where is HR now?" she asked.

Parks Is Back On 'RHOA'

Burruss' earlier frustration with Parks' presence in the upcoming season of "RHOA" stems from their drama during season 9, in which Parks alleged Burruss tried to "drug" their co-star, Porsha Williams, to take advantage of her in her sex dungeon.

Parks was axed from the cast ahead of season 10 and stayed away from the series until producers asked her to return for season 16.

She addressed her big comeback with an over-the-top photoshoot on Instagram, wearing a luxurious designer two-piece while holding a peach.

"You called. I answered," she captioned the photo.
