Christina Anstead is back on bed rest after hurting herself just weeks after a planned C-section.
The "Flip or Flop" star shared the news with her fans and said she was putting herself back on "bed rest and baby cuddles."

"Welll... I’m a moron," Anstead posted to Instagram. "I felt totally fine since one week postpartum- like zero pain... but I was resting and taking it easy ... and then I threw Tay a bday party and was lifting and running around all weekend.
The mother of three continued her message with a description of where she had pain.
"I definitely hurt myself. It’s not the c-section incision area that hurts it’s my left abdomen and it hurts bad," she explained.

She ended her message with some advice for mothers who are in a similar situation.
"So please anyone who just had a baby- don’t overdue [SIC] it," Christina said. "I always want to be the people pleaser in the family and make sure everyone knows how much I care about them- but in doing so I wasn’t taking care of myself."
Anstead seems to be taking her own advice because she shared a photo of her cuddling with baby Hudson along with her message.

Christina and her husband, Ant Anstead, had their newborn at Hoag Hospital, in Newport Beach, CA. Hudson London Anstead was born on the morning of September 6 and the birth certificate revealed that the doctors were among Orange County's finest.
The birth was a scheduled C-section and she shred the news on Instagram after.
"Our hearts are SO full of love and joy! Our healthy baby boy was born this morning- 9/6/19 - 7 lbs 7 oz 19.5 inches long."
