The reality star has firmly dismissed rumors regarding her potential return to the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." During an outing at the book launch for Hollywood Virgin by Jason Felts at The Abbey in West Hollywood, she made it clear that she is not interested in rejoining the show.

This comes despite encouragement from Andy Cohen and Lisa Rinna, who have voiced their support for her return. Lisa also clarified that Rinna's opinions on the "Real Housewives" franchise should not be taken seriously.

She humorously maintained that there is a greater chance of pigs flying to the moon than ever filming for "RHOBH" one more time.

The Socialite Left The Show To Avoid Negativity Around Her Positive Life

Following her shocking exit in 2019 and the tragic loss of her brother, Mark, which led to her quitting the show, the star admitted a few things to PEOPLE:

"I had a great time on Housewives, opening up for the first time about leaving the series she helped launch into one of the most popular in the Bravo franchise. But to have negativity during a time in my life when I needed to try to be positive … I decided it was over."

She shared that she should have taken the time to mourn the loss of her late brother before deciding to film again. "I shouldn't have even committed to do that season, If I had had my choice, I would have just wallowed in grief. I wasn't ready," Lisa added.

Events leading to her office began after a confusing situation arose surrounding a puppy adopted by Dorit Kemsley from the Lisa Dog Foundation, leading to accusations among her co-stars that she was being manipulative and dishonest.

Lisa expressed her frustration, recalling when she felt isolated by the entire cast. However, what troubled her even more was the unwarranted criticism directed at her foundation from these women.

The star reflected on a particularly intense trip to the Bahamas, which made her question her involvement in the drama, realizing that the situation had become overwhelming and disheartening.

In reflecting on her time on the Bravo show, Lisa expresses that she wishes to remember the experience positively. However, she also emphasizes that she has no regrets about her decision to leave the show and feels that she has moved on.

On whether she kept in touch with her co-stars from the show, Lisa admitted in the interview that she does not converse regularly with them. Richards, who Lisa fell out with on the show, however, reached out to her when her mother died, alongside other castmates. Lisa concluded that chapter, declaring:

"Ultimately, "I don't want to shoot arrows," says Lisa. "And I don't want to get down in the dirt and react to every negative thing these women have said about me. That's not who I am, nor who I want to be."
