Jeff Goldblum, Laura Dern and Sam Neill are all reprising their roles in the upcoming Jurassic World 3.
Ellie Sattler, Ian Malcolm and Alan Grant will return to the franchise for the first time since the original 1993 film. The news was announced on the movie’s Twitter account early this morning.

During a screening of the upcoming movie, director Colin Trevorrow told fans all three “would play a “major role, not a cameo.”
“Yeah, let’s do it,” Trevorrow said.
“THIS IS THE BEST NEWS EVER AND AS HUGE FAN SINCE 1993 I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER! THANK YOU!”

Laura Dern also expressed her happiness at getting the group back together.
“I’m so excited. I love dinosaurs and I love that you love them like we do. And if it’s not too much. If I’m going to get to join this party again, I would hate to not bring my friends Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum. Is that OK with you?”

Their characters have returned to the franchise in other movies, but not all three at the same time, so this will be a real blast from the past.
Jurassic World 3 comes to theaters June 11, 2021.
