Jessica Simpson has lost a whole person!
The singer and shoe emperor revealed she’s down 100 pounds only 6 months after giving birth to daughter Birdie May.
She revealed the dramatic transformation on Tuesday.
Showing a photo in all black, Simpson proudly showed off her thin frame and accentuated her tiny waist with a matching belt.
Stating she weighed 240 lbs. during her pregnancy, Simpson got real about her struggle to lose the weight
“6 months. 100 pounds down (Yes, I tipped the scales at 240),” Simpson captioned the shot.
Revealing she finally feels back to her old self, she added, “My first trip away from #BIRDIEMAE and emotional for many reasons, but so proud to feel like myself again. Even when it felt impossible, I chose to work harder.”
As The Blast reported, Jessica Simpson gave birth to her third child with Eric Johnson in March.
She didn’t welcome Birdie in just any hospital room. Simpson gave birth via c-section and spent her stay in a $4,000 per night suite at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles.
Simpson has been vocal about her struggles post-birth, especially her overwhelming supply of breast milk.
She’s also been the butt of jokes regarding her nipples and embarrassing swollen ankles.
The couple have two other adorable kids together — daughter, Maxwell Drew, 7, and son, Ace Knute, 6.
Simpson joins a long list of celebrity mamas who welcomed children this year.
First-time moms like Meghan Markle, Amy Schumer and Porsha Williams have been added to the club, as well as several ones like Simpson who’ve extended their family.
Now, maybe she’ll slip back into those daisy dukes!
