Jenny McCarthy posted a picture of her pretend-sleeping on the Emmys red carpet last night, but fans don’t think she’s so deserving of a nap right now.
McCarthy posted a picture on Twitter of her laying down on the carpet in a blue dress and chunky black boots, with the message:
“Thank you so much for watching! Appreciate the [heart emoji] and support so much. And now I sleep.”

Not so fast.
Viewers took note of McCarthy’s interview flubs at the Emmys, which were not inconsequential by any means.
In an interview with Christina Applegate, McCarthy mentioned that the actress was nominated for her second Emmy, but it was actually her fourth that she was up for.
McCarthy also said she wanted to be like Applegate when she grew up, saying she watched her on TV. But Applegate’s only one year younger than McCarthy.
So what was all that?
No one’s sure, but the fact that McCarthy thinks vaccines cause autism is not helping her case when she messes up professionally.
“Watching you bomb during that twin wreck was something. Dare I say apocalyptic? Do you feel ok? Perhaps you’ve contracted some kind of virus that could’ve easily been averted by, say, a vaccine?” asked @nicko6568.
“Christina Applegate handled your ignorance so well yesterday. Glad you can sleep about it,” posted @peterthemeteor.
Apparently your knowledge of the Emmy nominations was equal to your knowledge of vaccines. I loved @1capplegate dragging you
