Justin Baldoni is taking his battle with Blake Lively to the next level. He is keeping his promise and has officially launched his dedicated website aimed at defending himself against her sexual harassment allegations and laying out his side of the case.
By launching his website, Justin Baldoni is making it clear that he isn’t backing down. Rather than allowing the court of public opinion to be shaped solely by headlines, he’s giving people direct access to the evidence.
Justin Baldoni Launches Bombshell Website To Combat Blake Lively’s Allegations
The "It Ends with Us" star has officially published the website, which provides a detailed breakdown of the legal fight between Baldoni and Lively, as well as newly uncovered evidence that he claims exposes the truth behind the ongoing legal drama.
Currently, the website features two key links. The Amended Complaint, which is the full legal document filed by Baldoni and his studio against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, outlining his claims of defamation, extortion, and false allegations, and The Case Timeline, which is a chronological breakdown of events, including when Baldoni first acquired the rights to "It Ends with Us" and key developments leading up to Lively’s accusations.
Lively and Reynolds attempted to obtain a court order to shut down the website, arguing that it constituted a "harassing and retaliatory media campaign." However, their efforts were obviously unsuccessful.
What Does The Website Contain?
In the one doc, there are several text message exchanges between the two, shedding light on their professional relationship during the development of "It Ends with Us."
One notable conversation from February 2023 shows Baldoni sending script revisions to Lively as they work on shaping the film. Beyond just discussing the script, the texts suggest they were also building rapport as co-stars and creative collaborators.
In response to Baldoni’s messages, Lively reassured him, replying, "You're safe here," indicating that Baldoni could speak freely without fear of judgment regarding their creative discussions.
Blake Lively Talks About Body Concerns Surrounding Her Role
Just three days later, on February 17, 2023, another conversation reveals Lively expressing concerns about her body in preparation for the film’s intimate scenes. "What’s the chance we can do body scenes at the end of the schedule?" Lively asked, seemingly hoping to delay filming sex scenes to allow time to feel more physically prepared.
Baldoni responded by offering reassurance, emphasizing that she didn’t need to stress about her body and reiterating his commitment to making her feel comfortable on set.
In March 2023, Lively informed Baldoni that she had strep throat, prompting him to offer gut health protocols to aid in recovery after antibiotics, stating they are "amazing" for post-treatment support. In response, Lively eagerly accepted, replying, "Please."
Following her request, Baldoni connected her with his Board-Certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach. Later, Lively acknowledged the introduction and expressed appreciation, saying, "She's incredible."
However, in her CRD Complaint, Lively later alleged that the "health coach" was actually a weight-loss specialist, and she claimed the referral was a pretext for Baldoni to subtly fat-shame her.
Baldoni’s Claims of Collusion
One of the most explosive revelations in Baldoni’s case is his claim that The New York Times was working with Lively and Reynolds for months before the accusations were made public.
Baldoni’s team points to metadata from the New York Times article published in December, arguing that the embedded data shows the outlet had been preparing the story since at least October, which was long before Lively’s allegations officially surfaced.
Attorneys from both sides are gearing up for what is expected to be an intense courtroom showdown, with the first hearing set to take place on Monday during a pretrial conference. Originally scheduled for February 12, the conference has been pushed up, signaling the urgency and high stakes of the case. The trial itself is currently slated to begin on March 9, 2026.
Why Publish A Website?
Baldoni’s legal team, led by high-profile attorney Bryan Freedman, told TMZ that the website will be continuously updated to provide a clear, factual record of events. The goal? To allow the public to review the evidence for themselves and form their own conclusions.
With millions of dollars, reputations, and careers at stake, this legal fight between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively is far from over and now, the battle is playing out in both the courtroom and the public sphere.
