The drama continues for "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" star Angelina Pivarnick, who has officially ended her engagement to Vinny Tortorella after nearly three years together. The split comes amid cheating accusations from both sides, adding yet another layer of controversy to their already rocky relationship.
Pivarnick and Tortorella first began dating in early 2022 and got engaged that November, just one day after she threw a “divorce party” celebrating the end of her marriage to Chris Larangeira.
However, their relationship quickly became turbulent after reports in August 2023 surfaced that claimed Angelina Pivarnick had called the police on Vinny Tortorella over an altercation at her home.
Angelina Pivarnick And Vinny Tortorella Split Amid Explosive Cheating Allegations
During the "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" Season 7B reunion last Thursday, Pivarnick dropped a bombshell, alleging she discovered Tortorella had been unfaithful while filming the show’s next season.
“We’re currently filming for another season, and [I] found out he cheated on me,” she revealed. Pivarnick didn’t hold back, calling Tortorella a “clout chaser” and claiming, “He just wanted to be on TV. He didn’t care about anything that had to do with me.”
Her co-star Jenni “JWoww” Farley chimed in, teasing, “Let’s just say the next season is going to be interesting.”

Tortorella, who was not present at the reunion taping, later defended himself on Instagram, denying the cheating allegations and accusing Pivarnick of being unfaithful first.
“I made a Hinge [account] two weeks after breaking off my relationship after I found out I got cheated on again,” he wrote in response to a viewer on Sunday, addressing why he was seen on the dating app in November.
He continued, “I broke the relationship off and wanted to find a new woman. I deserve that chance after getting screwed over multiple times.”
Tortorella then challenged Pivarnick to provide proof of his alleged infidelity, declaring, “It doesn’t exist!”
With both sides throwing cheating accusations, it’s clear the split is far from amicable. And with "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation "currently filming, fans can expect the breakup drama to unfold in real-time next season.
Angelina Pivarnick Involved In Domestic Incident
Pivarnick's name has made headlines over the past few months, stemming from a domestic incident at her Freehold Township home in June 2024.
As The Blast reported, authorities were called to Pivarnick’s home on June 2, 2024, following reports of a suspected domestic dispute. While it remains unclear whether Vinny Tortorella was directly involved, the Asbury Park Pressreported that he was present during the incident.
When police arrived, Pivarnick allegedly resisted their attempts to conduct a domestic violence investigation. According to a complaint filed by Officer Christoph Poss, the reality star tried to evade officers by locking herself inside her home.
The reality star, who was facing multiple charges, managed to avoid harsher penalties after she pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a non-criminal offense in the state of New Jersey. This prompted a judge to grant a conditional dismissal of the case, meaning that if she meets probationary requirements over the next year, the charge will be dropped and expunged from her record.
Angelina Pivarnick Pleads Guilty To Disorderly Conduct Following Domestic Incident
Four additional charges against Pivarnick were dismissed following a motion from the prosecutor, including obstruction of the administration of law, resisting arrest, simple assault, and criminal mischief.
Pivarnick’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., confirmed to People Magazine that his client was pleased with the outcome and eager to put the matter behind her.
“All of Angelina's criminal charges were dismissed,” Leonard said. "She admitted responsibility only for a non-criminal offense, the substance of which was that she created a minor disturbance at her own home. We [are] very happy with the outcome and she looks forward to putting this entire matter behind her."
The June 2024 incident came one year after reports of trouble in Angelina Pivarnick’s relationship first surfaced in August 2023. At the time, The Blast revealed that she called the police on Tortorella over an alleged domestic violence incident.
According to a police report, Pivarnick dialed 911 to file a complaint, but when officers arrived, she ultimately chose not to press charges against Tortorella. Despite this, a "criminal investigatory record" was created due to the reported altercation. Details surrounding the incident remain unclear, but Pivarnick’s attorney later stated that the issue had been resolved. He also urged the public to respect her privacy, a sentiment echoed by Tortorella’s legal team.
Angelina Pivarnick's Past Relationships
