50 Cent declares he has no money to spend on an old acquaintance's alleged scheme to extort him with an assault lawsuit.
The Hip-hop icon is well-known for never holding back regarding the things he dislikes, and the latest victim of his tongue-lashing is attorney Gloria Allred.
50 Cent recently called out the legal rep on Instagram following her decision to represent a man accusing him of assault. He revealed the pair weren't strangers and berated Gloria Allred for attempting a shakedown with the lawsuit.
50 Cent Slams Attorney For Trying To Extort Him
The "In da Club" rapper shared two posts about the legal rep, with the first capturing them smiling at each other. Their warm expressions hinted at a close relationship, but 50 Cent shut down that narrative in his caption, claiming their bond wasn't that deep.
"The moment I realized I don't like lawyers. Gloria you should know better, chase a different ambulance," the entertainer penned. He echoed similar sentiments about Allred attempting to extort money from him with the assault lawsuit in a second post, dropping a snap of them holding hands while seated.
"Gloria you're not gonna get any money from me that way, but if you call me I'Il take you to dinner. LOL," 50 Cent teased. He also shared a screenshot of his legal team's response to the assault allegations, where they claimed the rapper had not been served with the lawsuit from Allred's law firm.
What Did The 'Power' Star's Team Say?

According to the statement made by an attorney for 50 Cent, the alleged victim had neither served the media personality with the assault lawsuit nor had their team seen a filed copy. Nonetheless, the legal rep stressed that they planned to fight against the claims once they got to court.
"If and when such a frivolous claim is filed and served, rest assured that Mr. Jackson's legal team will swiftly move to dismiss the matter and seek the maximum costs, fees, sanctions, and other remedies that are available under law," the attorney declared.
The rep, per TMZ, continued, "Based upon the leaked reports presumably by Ms. Allred, Mr. Jackson is not alleged to be the driver of the vehicle or even the individual who the Plaintiff paparazzi alleges opened the door as he charged a vehicle as it drove away from the bookstore."

Although 50 Cent's corner suspected Allred had leaked the lawsuit's details, the outlet reported the assault allegations had indeed been filed publicly in L.A. Superior Court on Monday afternoon. In the documents, a man named Guadalupe De Los Santos sued the rapper for assaulting him with his SUV.
The alleged victim claimed the incident occurred on September 11, 2024, when he attended 50 Cent's book signing event at The Grove in Los Angeles. As a paparazzi, he was there to film the entertainer and experienced zero problems until the event ended.
Guadalupe claimed he was recording footage on a nearby street when 50 Cent's SUV pulled up next to him at a red light. Without warning, the front passenger door suddenly and forcefully swung open, hitting his left side and knocking him off his scooter.
The Alleged Victim Believes The Attack Was Intentionally

According to Guadalupe, he suffered bodily injuries after hitting the pavement while his scooter was severely damaged and inoperable. He accused 50 Cent of staging the attack, believing he ordered the front passenger to hit him with the SUV door.
The plaintiff stressed that there was no reason for the door to open at a red light unless it was to hurt him intentionally. The incident allegedly left him unable to work because of his injuries, and his hospital bills were piling up, pushing him to sue for damages.
The assault lawsuit comes three months after 50 Cent scored his first-ever Las Vegas residency gig. The Blast covered the news last October, reporting that the renowned rapper was set to hit the stage from December 2024 to January 2025.
50 Cent Bags Massive Deal In His First Las Vegas Residency
The rapper-turned-TV-producer bagged a massive deal with a reported $15 million sum for a series of 6 shows at PH Live inside Las Vegas' Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The concerts promised several exciting moments for fans and a few surprises.
50 Cent's Las Vegas gigs also featured an exclusive New Year's Eve celebration presented by his Sire Spirits brand. Additionally, the event dubbed "50 Cent: In Da Club" promised to be different from the rapper's previous shows.
The gig was an excellent way for the entertainer to close out 2024, as he got into trouble with the law for hitting a fan with his microphone. The incident occurred during a 2023 Los Angeles concert, where a frustrated 50 Cent chucked his mic into the crowd following sound system issues.
Bryhana Monegain, who allegedly got hit by the microphone, sued the rapper for battery. According to her lawsuit, "Immediately after the incident, she was transported by ambulance to the Los Angeles General Medical Center emergency department for treatment of injuries."
