The entrepreneur was granted control over the business she managed throughout her marriage to Silvio Scaglia, along with their $65 million apartment and nearly $10 million in cash.

Luck smiled on Haart after Judge Jeffrey Pearlman granted her a default judgment in the divorce, as Scaglia ceased participating in the proceedings.

In the recent ruling, Pearlman granted Haart a 50% stake in Freedom Holding. He also assigned her power of attorney over Scaglia's remaining 50% interest, which grants her freedom to independently make decisions for the company without needing Scaglia's approval.

According to the recent judgment, she now owns the impressive 16-room Tribeca triplex penthouse that served as their home throughout their nearly four-year marriage. Since their separation, Haart has been residing in the penthouse.

The judge also granted Haart $7.4 million in unpaid management fees for 2019 to 2021. Additionally, Haart is entitled to half of the proceeds from selling a Kees Van Dongen painting, which Scaglia sold for approximately $2.97 million and is owned by Freedom Holding.

Pearlman awarded her half of the cash withdrawals the business owner made from their businesses since the divorce began. Page Six confirmed that the court still needs to decide on the amount, but it will likely be a large sum.

Inside The Estranged Couple's Battle Over Their Assets

Haart and Scaglia ran multi-million-dollar businesses together, including the Elite World Models agency and luxe lingerie firm La Perla.

In the contentious dispute over ownership and management, she alleged that her estranged husband had given her half of Freedom Holding, the parent company of EWG, along with their apartment, in exchange for her role as CEO.

Scaglia countered her claim, insisting that she owned only a small portion of the company. He also accused her of serious misconduct, including misappropriating funds from a bank account.

He alleged that she took the company's Bentley for her personal use, but when it was time to present his case in court, he failed to provide any evidence to support those claims.
