Charlie Sheen's 19-Year-Old Daughter Gets Baptized After Hitting 'Rock Bottom': 'Jesus Saved Me'

Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards' daughter Lola has opened up about the profound step she took in her spiritual journey that brought her peace.

The 19-year-old shared images from her baptism and explained that she felt "lost and hopeless" until she discovered her faith.

On the other hand, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards' other daughter Sami has found success as an OnlyFan model.

Sheen and Richards' daughter Lola has opened up about the spiritual and mental renewal she experienced after finding her faith.

Sharing images from her baptism, Lola took to her Instagram account to note how she went through a tough time in her life and dealt with "deep depression" that led her to hit "rock bottom."

However, things seemingly changed when she met "not only my savior but my best friend, Jesus."

"I felt so lost and hopeless, and was just doing my best to make it to the next day," Lola wrote in the caption. "I just accepted my life was going to be like that forever and thought I would never genuinely laugh again. Until, I met not only my Savior but my best friend, Jesus."

The teenager dubbed the experience as "supernatural," adding that her savior became her "sun" and loved her when she "didn't feel worthy of love."

Although Lola didn't point out the exact ordeal she had experienced, she noted in the caption that her anxiety took a toll on her.

"Jesus saved me from battling severe anxiety, and gave me a peace that makes no sense. I now find myself laughing again, in places I only had cried," she wrote. "Jesus fulfilled His promise of making me new, and completely renewed my mind. Jesus is the only reason why I'm here today and made my life worth living."

Lola explained that she decided to get baptized because she "made it through this year only by the strength of Jesus."

Earlier this month, she shared a clip from her baptism accompanied by a verse from Psalms, much to the admiration of friends, fans, and loved ones.

Lola has since launched a faith-based podcast titled "Heavenly Bonded," about "walking with Jesus and walking through life."

"I have been wanting to share how God has transformed my life for so long, and I'm so happy I'm finally doing so," she wrote in the description. "I can't wait to see how Jesus uses this podcast, and I couldn't be more excited. I love you, and God loves you more."

Lola's life seems to contrast with her elder sister Sami's. Since joining OnlyFans shortly after her 18th birthday in 2022, Sami has found success as a model on the platform.

Sheen and Richards married in 2002 but began to experience marital troubles shortly before welcoming Lola in 2005.

In a 2020 episode of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Richards explained that their relationship began to "change rapidly" while she was pregnant with Lola.

"It was a very dark time. Very toxic. And I filed for divorce when I was six months pregnant with her," Richards shared at the time, per Page Six.

It was a battle of blame game between the estranged couple after their daughter Sami joined OnlyFans.

According to Page Six, the "Two and a Half Men" star blamed his ex-wife Richards for Sami joining the platform at the time.

"She is 18 years old now and living with her mother. This did not occur under my roof," he said. "I do not condone this, but since I'm unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity."

Shortly after, Richards defended herself, explaining that the decision wasn't based on whose house Sami was living in.

"Sami is 18, and this decision wasn't based on whose house she lives in. All I can do as a parent is guide her and trust her judgment, but she makes her own choices," Richards told the news outlet.

Although Sheen initially stood firmly against Sami's OnlyFans career, his opinion allegedly changed due to how lucrative it became for his daughter.

Richards confirmed this when she revealed on a podcast in November 2023 that Sheen felt differently after seeing how much money Sami has made off OnlyFans.

"He changed his tune when she bought a Mercedes and moved into a house," the reality TV star said, per the New York Post.
