In Wednesday’s episode, the comedian and actress told host Alex Cooper that she has never orgasmed "from penetration."

“It’s a scary thing to say out loud,” Schumer admitted. “It’s scary because nobody talks about it because we’re all, like, getting an Oscar.”

The 43-year-old actress revealed that she didn’t prioritize having a partner help her climax until she reached her 30s. Since then, however, she has experienced intimacy with "generous partners who understand" her needs, ensuring she "orgasms first."

Cooper praised Schumer’s openness, calling her admission "normal" for many women. Cooper also shared her own experiences, noting that while she doesn’t always orgasm "from penetration," her "vibrator does the trick."

Schumer has been open about her relationship with Fischer, often sharing glimpses of their dynamic through her comedy and on social media. She has praised his support during her pregnancy, which was complicated by hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe form of morning sickness.

Fischer is also on the autism spectrum, a diagnosis Schumer has discussed publicly, praising his honesty and unique way of seeing the world. "People just don't know much about autism," she said on an episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in 2022. "They're like, 'Oh does he love to count? Should we drop a bunch of straws on the floor and will he count them?'"

The comedian shared that she and her husband had a lot to learn about autism, as Fischer’s diagnosis came later in life. Schumer first disclosed his diagnosis in her March 2019 Netflix special, "Growing," and encouraged others who suspect they might be on the spectrum to consider getting tested.

"It's really given us so many helpful tools," she told DeGeneres. "I think it's a good thing for people to check it out and get tested so you don't spend your whole life feeling like you're bad or wrong…my favorite people are on the spectrum."

Schumer has shared that Fischer's autism diagnosis has been entirely "positive" for their marriage, and the couple chose to be open about their experience to help break the stigma surrounding autism.

"You're not just diagnosed and then they throw you out," she said during a 2019 appearance on "Late Night with Seth Meyers," per People Magazine. "The tools that we've been given have made his life so much better and our marriage and our life more manageable. So I just wanted to encourage people to not be afraid of that stigma."
