Arnold’s rise to fame began long before her breast augmentation made headlines. The Utah native started dancing at the age of four and quickly found her passion in ballroom dance. By eight, she was competing with a partner, and her dedication paid off with numerous awards, including first place in the United States Open Youth Latin Championships, top five finalist at the World Cup Latin Junior Championships, a top-three finish in the World Junior Latin Team Match.
Her talent earned her a spot as a Top 4 finalist on “So You Think You Can Dance” Season 9, and she later joined “Dancing with the Stars,” where she won the coveted Mirrorball Trophy in Season 25.

Growing up in a dance-centric household, Arnold’s mother supported her daughters’ passion by opening The Vibe dance studio in Lindon, Utah. Arnold trained under world-class instructors, including Shirley Ballas, mother of fellow “DWTS” alum Mark Ballas.
Her Hollywood journey began at 14 when Mark choreographed a routine for her team to perform on “Dancing with the Stars.” From there, she competed in “So You Think You Can Dance,” putting her academic scholarship at Utah Valley University on hold to chase her dream full-time.
