Jen Selter In Stringy Pink Bikini Entertains Fans With ‘The Jen Dance’

Model Jen Selter likes to have fun on social media and never takes herself too seriously.

She proved that in a recent ad for the fast fashion brand Fashion Nova, where she closed out the video doing what she dubbed “the Jen dance.”

Just last week, the popular fitness model decided to entertain her followers with a few moves that she called “the Jen dance.” The impromptu session came at the end of her video, which featured her doing a “Get Ready With Me” video for Fashion Nova’s Shady Beach 4-piece Bikini Sunsuit Set.

“Guess where I am. #GRWM. @FashionNova matching set. Friday reminder: What’s meant for you will always find you… but only if you let go of what’s not,” she captioned a video set to a radio mix of PACHE’s “Just A Little.”

“I like that little dance at the end,” one follower commented, to which Jen replied, “the Jen dance.”

More recently, Jen stood barefoot in the ocean to show off her fit figure in a strapless blue bikini. Her long dark hair fell about her face in loose waves as she looked down and away from the camera, most likely trying to hide her face from the sun’s harsh glare.

“The energy you give is the energy you attract,” she wrote in the caption while tagging Fashion Nova’s Nala Bandeau 2-piece Bikini in the color blue.

Ever wonder why Jen does so much cardio? It’s so that she can get to the hotel buffet on time! She shared a video featuring the text “POV: The free hotel buffet closes in 15 minutes” and features her and a friend running out of their hotel room, down the hallway, through an elevator, and eventually reaching their destination on time.

“And suddenly we’re track stars… tag someone,” she wrote in the caption along with the hashtags “travel,” “lol” and “hotel.”

“I’m going to need the link to this silky set!!!” one fan exclaimed. “So cozy! Tommy John brand (great sets),” Jen replied.

Even though she’s on vacation, Jen still makes sure to hit the gym to get in some resistance training. In a video set to Masked Wolf’s “Astronaut In The Ocean,” Jen shared clips of herself doing squats and lunges at the gym.

“If you’re reading this, it’s your sign to hit the gym TODAY. No excuses… just show up and put in the work. It’s not about being perfect-it’s about being better than you were yesterday,” she wrote in the caption.

“Let’s be real—the hardest part is just getting to the gym or stepping outside for that workout,” she continued. “But once you’re there and start moving, you ALWAYS feel better after!”

Even though she’s on vacation, it seems Jen was feeling nostalgic when she shared a throwback to a black-tie event. “Throwback to a little black-tie event—this dress will always be a favorite! Every time I wear it, I feel like a walking disco ball. 2025 is going to be a good year—I can feel it!” she wrote in the caption of another GRWM video.

“Hi sorry not sure if you will respond, but where did you get the dress from, and what size are you wearing? Sorry to ask so many questions?” one fan asked. Fortunately, Jen replied, “Jovanni fashions love! Size double 0.”
