“We trained 3-4 times a week with a mix of bench presses, kettlebell deadlifts, chin-ups, and cardio circuits with minimal rest,” Luke explained.

Chris himself has credited this balanced approach for keeping him lean and functional, saying: “I love this type of workout—explosiveness, strength, stability, speed, and hypertrophy all covered.”

Pataky, on the other hand, stays in shape with a mix of high-intensity workouts and yoga. She told Women’s Health UK: “We created the Centr app to bring together the best in fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness. Those three things are key to staying happy and healthy.”

She also expressed her love for yoga, sharing with Body and Soul: “Yoga helps stretch and lengthen the muscles, making them look beautiful and strong.”
