The cries of shady dealings behind the scenes regarding Wendy Williams' conservatorship continue, with the TV veteran calling out her alleged mistreatments.

The former host of "The Wendy Williams Show" has been under conservatorship since 2022 following a series of concerning health issues, including aphasia and frontotemporal dementia. Last year, her court-appointed guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, implied her condition had worsened.

However, Wendy Williams recently refuted the claims of being "cognitively impaired" in an emotional interview and slammed her conservator's actions towards her well-being. Her bombshell revelations come weeks after she criticized her team for poorly doing their jobs.

Williams spoke out against her conservator on "The Breakfast Club" show, phoning in because she could not leave her "luxury prison." The former daytime talk show host denied being unable to reason for herself, as alleged by her guardian, saying:

"I am not cognitively impaired, you know what I'm saying? But I feel like I'm in prison. I'm in this place where the people are in their 90s and their 80s, and 70sThere's something wrong with these people here on this floor."

Williams' niece, Alex, joined the call to shed light on her living situation in a New York care facility. She claimed the radio personality was stuck in a small room with the bare minimum and only one window that doesn't provide enough sunlight, per TMZ.

Williams slammed her conservatorship experience as "emotional abuse," breaking down in tears at the possibility of not attending her father's 94th birthday in February. She noted her attendance was up to her guardian, Morrissey, describing her as "that person that you talk about who is holding me hostage."

"I am exhausted thinking about what if I can't see my dad for his birthday. At 94, the day after that is not promised. My life is like f—ed up," Williams lamented. Additionally, she noted her money was in prison with only $15 to her name.

Williams' niece doubled down on her aunt being in danger if left under conservatorship. She assured fans that their family only wanted what was best for the broadcast veteran, and an outsider could not know her the way they did.

On that note, Alex implored the public to raise awareness about Williams' situation on social media, asking them to share "#FreeWendy" to aid her removal from conservatorship. Their cries for her freedom came two months after Morrissey filed her "cognitively impaired" claims.

Last November, The Blast reported the conservator had filed documents claiming Williams was "permanently incapacitated" by her battle with frontotemporal dementia and primary progressive aphasia.

The drama between Williams and her caretakers made headlines after the "We In Miami" podcast crew filmed the incident. The Blast shared that the video captured the entertainer bashing her team for poor treatment.

The clash occurred after her son's graduation dinner in Miami, with Williams explaining that she had chosen to leave the restaurant on foot instead of using her mobile scooter. However, her team abandoned the mobility aid by the side of the road and even brought the wrong car to pick her up.

"They're supposed to be ordering the car. That's what you're supposed to be doing. They wanna work for me. That's what they're doing. They're making money from me. Get the Godd-mn car," she said as she slammed the caretakers, leading to more concern about her wellbeing.
