Sean "Diddy" Combs has again found himself at the center of a bizarre sexual assault lawsuit, but the music mogul has vehemently denied any wrongdoing.

The lawsuit, filed in New York, alleges that the disgraced rapper drugged and sexually assaulted a then 16-year-old babysitter who worked in an apartment building he frequented.

Amid the lawsuits, Diddy remains locked behind bars at his Brooklyn jail for charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Diddy is facing fresh controversy after a new sexual assault lawsuit was filed against him in Manhattan, New York.

The filing, which a Jane Doe made, alleges that the Bad Boy Records founder drugged and raped a 16-year-old high school student as she walked home from a babysitting job in lower Manhattan sometime back in August or September 2000.

According to court documents obtained by Rolling Stone, Diddy's anonymous accuser claims she was a part-time babysitter at an apartment building where "a well-known woman [with] whom the defendant was in a relationship also resided."

The lawsuit doesn't name the alleged famous woman but claims the plaintiff exited the building when she encountered the "Finna Get Loose" rapper sitting in a car with the door open.

"Combs engaged her in conversation, asking where she was going so late at night, and that it was not safe for her to be walking alone," the lawsuit alleges.

The accuser noted that she told him she didn't live far and would be okay, but Diddy allegedly persisted and convinced her to get inside his vehicle.

"Getting into Combs' car that day was something the plaintiff would come to regret forever," the lawsuit states. "During the ride, [she] became scared when they did not drop her off at home as promised. The defendant gave her a drink to 'calm her down.' She soon became groggy and unsteady."

She noted in the lawsuit that a male driver and another man drove her to a location "where [she] was raped by Combs" before "she was eventually taken home and left in the lobby of her building by the same driver."

However, Diddy has swiftly moved to distance himself from the claims, insisting that he has never sexually assaulted a person.

The response, which came via the rapper's lawyers, read, "No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted, or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor."

They added, "We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court."

Diddy has been behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center for sex crime charges ahead of his May 5 trial.

He was accused of organizing drug-fuelled orgies famously known as "freak offs," where many victims were allegedly sexually harassed.

In a recent letter, he took a big swipe at prosecutors' claims that his "freak offs" were depraved and nonconsensual debaucheries and that he committed no crime in his long-term relationship with "Victim-1," who has been identified as Cassie.

"Far from the government's lurid descriptions, the videos show adults having consensual sex, plain and simple," the letter from Diddy to Judge Arun Subramanian read. "At bottom, this case is about whether Victim-I was or was not a willing participant in her private sex life with Mr. Combs. The videos confirm that she plainly was."

"There is no evidence of any violence, coercion, threats, or manipulation whatsoever," the letter states regarding the self-described "quite dark and grainy" sex tapes.

"There is no evidence that anyone is incapacitated or under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption. There is certainly no evidence of sex trafficking," it further adds, per Deadline.

Meanwhile, a new peacock documentary, "Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy," captured when one of Diddy's close friends alleged that his mom, Janice Combs, threw parties throughout his young life that "desensitized" him to sex.

The documentary also contains other allegations by several individuals, such as a childhood friend, a former bodyguard, and a Making the Band winner.

Diddy's lawyer has since slammed the allegations, noting that the "documentaries include unchecked claims and provide platforms for baseless conspiracy theories without accountability or evidence."

They added, "In the case of the Peacock documentary in particular, the motivations and credibility of those being interviewed must be questioned. Many claim to have knowledge but lack any connection to the truth, while their wild, unfounded theories are cut and sensationalized to appear factual."
