Ben Affleck is among many celebrities living in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles, currently being rampaged by a wildfire.
After separating from Jennifer Lopez and removing his belongings from their shared Beverly Hills mansion, the actor purchased a home in the area.
According to reports, over 30,000 people have been ordered to flee from the Pacific Palisades area as "extreme" winds intensify the flames.
Ben Affleck's 'Bachelor Pad' In Danger Due To Pacific Palisades Wildfire
The "Gone Girl" actor's recently purchased Pacific Palisades "bachelor pad" is threatened by a wildfire as the entire area has been placed under evacuation orders.
Affleck reportedly acquired the property for $20.5 million. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, breakfast and dining areas, a separate family room, a den, walk-in closets, a media room, a powder room, and a guest house.
Before purchasing the home, the Oscar winner had been staying at a $100k-a-month Brentwood home near his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, after moving out of his and Lopez's marital home, which they acquired for $60 million in May last year.
According to Newsweek, the Los Angeles Fire Department revealed that the Pacific Palisades wildfire began as a brush fire at around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday. However, heavy winds caused the fire to expand to 200 acres.

Ben Affleck Settles His Divorce With Jennifer Lopez Through Mediation
The news of the Pacific Palisades wildfire comes shortly after Affleck and Lopez settled their divorce through mediation, avoiding a courtroom battle.
It officially marks the end of their relationship, following their whirlwind rekindling of romance in 2021, which led to a wedding in 2022.
While most of the details of the former couple's divorce settlement will remain private, the Daily Mail reported that Lopez will keep the engagement ring Affleck gave her when he proposed.
The stunning piece features an extensive green diamond at the center, flanked by two elongated baguette diamonds, with a matching pair of trapezoid diamonds on either side.
The "Accountant" star reportedly paid around $5.6 million for the jewelry when it was purchased, and its value has likely increased since then.
