Fans have called out Nikki Glaser after reports revealed that she dropped a Luigi Mangione joke but kept one about Sean "Diddy" Combs during her Golden Globes monologue.

The stand-up comedian was previously called out by the rapper's accusers' lawyers, who claimed that jokes like hers were the reasons why victims remained silent about their sexual assault.

Since the Golden Globes, Nikki Glaser has shared several jokes she cut out from her monologue, including one about Ben Affleck.

Nearly a day after the Golden Globes, the ceremony is still generating buzz over host Nikki Glaser's opening monologue.

The stand-up comedian made a joke about embattled rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs' infamous hedonistic sex parties, known as "Freak Offs."

While the joke has already attracted criticism from multiple viewers and social media users, Glaser is now facing even more backlash after reports revealed she had cut a joke about the alleged killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Luigi Mangione while keeping the one about Diddy.

According to the report, the joke she removed was meant as a remark directed at actor Glen Powell, who was nominated for an award at the ceremony.

On social media, fans questioned why Glaser thought it was insensitive to include the joke about Mangione while keeping that of Diddy, who is currently being prosecuted for sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, and racketeering.

Two users commented, "So this was too much, but Diddy was fair game?" and "She cut this and not that horrible Diddy joke?"

Some other online netizens mentioned that Glaser should have swapped the Mangione joke for Diddy's.

One said, "She should've kept this and took out the diddy joke," while another remarked, "Much better than her Diddy joke, should've kept this one instead."

Another user theorized that keeping the joke was an intentional act that involved other people apart from Glaser.

The user remarked, "They green-lit the Diddy joke but crossed out this one ??? Yes, 'they,' cause she obviously doesn't get the last say on what jokes she can or can't say on national television… and that just tells us a lot about hollyweir- I mean wood."

Previously, Glaser was criticized by a lawyer representing an alleged victim of Diddy, who filed a civil suit against the embattled rapper last year.

According to TMZ, the attorney, Ariel Mitchell, stated that it perplexed her why Glaser would make such a joke, considering she is a woman who could also be a victim of sexual assault.

She noted that such jokes were damaging to the confidence of women who should feel empowered to come forward about their abuse.

"Making light of this ugly situation is exactly why so many sexual assault victims never come forward and report their abuse," said the lawyer who represents Ashley Parham, a female accusing Diddy of violently gang-raping her.

Tyrone Blackburn, another lawyer representing several of Diddy's accusers, expressed disappointment with Glaser.

Blackburn told the news outlet that he had expected the comedian to be capable of "finding humor that doesn't make light of drugging and rape."

The lawyer represents Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones, who claimed Diddy forcibly touched him as they worked on his 2023 album.

Since his arrest on September 16 last year, Diddy has been hit with a flurry of sexual assault lawsuits from several individuals. However, the rapper has denied all allegations.

Nikki Glaser's Jokes About Diddy's 'Freak Offs'

During her monologue, Glaser joked about Diddy's Freak Offs while praising actress Zendaya for her role in "Challengers."

"Zendaya is here - Zendaya, you were incredible in Dune. Oh, my God, I woke up for all. And Challengers, girl? Oh, my God, that was so good," Glaser began.

"That movie was more sexually charged than Diddy's credit card," Glaser continued, "I'm sorry, I'm upset, too. The afterparty isn't gonna be as good this year. But we have to move on - "Stanley Tucci freak-off" doesn't have the same ring to it - no baby oil this year, just lots of olive oil."

Amid the drama about the joke, Glaser has yet to make any comments addressing the backlash, seemingly hoping it would all blow over with time.
