After sharing the negatives from 2024, Paul decided to reflect on some of the "highlights."

"I did all the negatives, so we're gonna go into positives," she said in her TikTok video. "First comes first is my beautiful baby boy that came. I know a lot of people are like well, you had your baby, it should have been the best year. For a lot of moms, postpartum is usually their worst years, and everyone just has like a different experience, how the mom is just going through a lot of hormonal changes, depression, and it's more about mental health."

She continued to talk about her son saying he's been "such a blessing" in her life, before moving on to another "huge accomplishment" from 2024.

"Another huge accomplishment was our show on Hulu," she continued. "Hit one of the top rated shows this year. Like, oh this will do decent, but the fact that it hit number one on Hulu the first day, what in the world, what is this? It was mind blowing."

Taylor Frankie Paul Said Strangers Thanked Her For Sharing Her Story

Thanks to the popularity of the show, Paul has had many people approach her to thank her for sharing her story and for "helping" them in many different ways.

"And that I helped them in ways and to be open to share your story, that was the coolest part for me," she said. "And I feel like, the thing that's so cool about people that you fangirl over and watch, that were fangirling over you and said that they loved your show, so that was also really cool."

It didn't take long after the reality show was released on Hulu that it was picked up for a second season, "for like 20 episodes."

"So when I say our lives pretty much changed overnight, for traveling purposes, that they were like, your car is gonna be there at this time, you're picked up, your hotel's booked, your driver will be there," she continued. "A different lifestyle that I was like, what is this?"

She also talked about presenting at the CMA's, which she called was a "dream come true."  One other highlight for Paul was meeting her therapist, who she said will be the one who "saves" her.

Taylor Frankie Paul Also Shared A GRWM Video About The 'Worst' Parts Of 2024

A few days before her video highlighting some positives from last year, Paul shared a video talking about the "worst" parts of her year.

"I wanna say this was even worse than my 2022, which says a lot," she said. "With that being said, I'm having trouble deciphering which one was. And I only say that because along with that, I had amazing opportunities come my way."

She said she wasn't going to "go into detail of why this was one of the worst years," because viewers will get to see it "all unravel here this next year."

"It was a year of a lot of unpacking all these things that had to happen in order for there to be actual change," she continued. "And I'm not really one to put blame on people for my life. I'm self aware to know what was my part and what could I have done differently. What is a lesson I can take from this experience?"

Paul continued her video sharing that there were both "good things" and "really hard things" throughout her 2024.

"For example, earlier this year, I am so disassociated. We see it in the show, I'm not there. I can't even watch the show because it's so hard to watch," she shared. "And then I finally wanted to start feeling again, so with that, you  have to start feeling a lot of pain and letting things in."

She said 2022 "was experienced," 2023 "was lost" and in 2024, she "let the pain in."  She said she let the pain in all at once, which had her "on bathroom floors, screaming, crying on phone calls, intense therapy."

"I prayed to God saying you have to help me. And please remember this is not about me complaining about life problems. This is all about mental health," she continued. "And it doesn't matter what external things you have in life, because it will never make you happy if you're not happy inside."
