Beyoncé is said to be keen on shielding her daughter Blue Ivy's brand after her father Jay-Z's rape allegations scandal.

The superstar singer recently received the green light to trademark her 12-year-old daughter’s name, Blue Ivy, which sources believe would allow the soon-to-be teenager to have a career that is “robust” yet “adaptable to future aspirations.”

Before this recent approval, Beyoncé had made two attempts to secure the trademark but faced various complications.

Beyoncé is reportedly eager to "safeguard" her daughter Blue Ivy’s brand after recently receiving approval to trademark the 12-year-old’s name, per The U.S Sun.

The “Texas Hold ‘Em” singer had previously attempted to trademark the name on two separate occasions but faced obstacles, which have now been resolved.

Now, she is keen on moving forward with the process in the wake of her husband Jay-Z getting embroiled in rape allegations.

PR expert Grayce McCormick, founder of Lightfinder PR, told the news outlet that Beyonce's decision to move ahead with Blue Ivy's trademark “reflects her keen awareness of personal branding and legacy building."

She added about Beyoncé, “It demonstrates her understanding of intellectual property in a way that shields her family and aligns with her brand narrative of empowerment and ownership.”

According to McCormick, fans of Beyoncé can expect to see the singer continue to shape her daughter’s career path, which already boasts an impressive resume that includes narrating a New York Times best-selling book and landing a lead role in “Mufasa.”

"Collaborations on philanthropic initiatives, a gradual introduction to creative projects, and opportunities for Blue Ivy to speak or appear independently will help shape her narrative," the PR expert said.

She added, “By blending mentorship with moments that allow Blue Ivy to shine independently, Beyonce is not just securing her daughter's career foundation, she is also setting an inspiring example of parenting in the public eye.”

Since the allegations against Jay-Z, the family has presented a united front, including attending the premiere of Blue Ivy's movie, “Mufasa,” in Los Angeles.

According to the Daily Mail, it was Beyoncé’s idea for the Roc Nation founder to attend the premiere, as she wants the family to confront the rape allegations "head-on" rather than remain silent.

A source said about the situation, “Beyoncé believes that the best way is to face it head on. Blue Ivy is well aware of what is going on and is intent on supporting her father in any way she can. She was there in solidarity with her dad and mom.”

The same insider also confirmed that the couple is “working with a crisis specialist who is advising them on how to handle this” to help them come out on top.

The allegations against Jay-Z claim that he and music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs took turns having non-consensual sex with a minor at a VMA after-party in 2000.

He has firmly denied the rape allegation, calling it a “blackmail attempt” to extort money from him.

The rapper has since filed several motions to dismiss the case and have the name of his accuser revealed by the court.

However, those demands were rejected, and the judge sharply rebuked his lawyer, Alex Spiro, for his choice of words when addressing the alleged victim and attempting to expedite the judicial process.

Jay-Z has also filed lawsuits against the victim’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, initially accusing him of extortion and later amending the filing to include a defamation claim.

In a lengthy statement denying the rape allegations made against him, Jay-Z brought up his wife and kids and how challenging the lawsuit would be for them.

"My only heartbreak is for my family," the rapper said. "My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn yet another loss of innocence."

He added, "Children should not have to endure such at their young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand inexplicable degrees of malice meant to destroy families and [the] human spirit."

Jay-Z shares three kids with famous singer Beyoncé: Daughter Blue Ivy Carter, 12, and twin boy and girl, Sir and Rumi Carter, 7.
