Reality TV star Angelina Pivarnick, best known for her role on “Jersey Shore” and its spinoff “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation,” is making headlines after an incident at a Christmas-themed nightclub turned chaotic.
Sources claim that Pivarnick was part of a group that caused havoc during a festive event, reportedly disrupting performances, harassing staff, and even escalating into alleged physical violence.
Despite the swirling accusations, Angelina Pivarnick firmly denies any involvement in the misconduct, with her legal team stepping forward to clarify her role in the night’s events.
Angelina Pivarnick's Group Of Friends Reportedly Involved In Altercation At Nightclub
According to Page Six, Pivarnick and her group attended the “Santa’s Secret” immersive attraction in Chelsea, New York—a holiday-themed venue featuring a winter wonderland, a hidden speakeasy bar, and festive stage performances. Witnesses claim the reality star’s group created significant disturbances, with one shocking allegation stating that a 3'6" actress dressed as a teddy bear was punched during the chaos.
However, despite Pivarnick being part of the group who got in trouble, Pivarnick's attorney, John J. Zidziunas, has strongly denied the claims that she was involved. “Angelina attended the event with friends and had a wonderful time, spending most of the evening engaging with fans and taking photos,” Zidziunas said.
“At no point did she act inappropriately or touch anyone," he added. "While there were others at the venue whose behavior required police intervention, the police body cam footage and venue video footage will clearly show that Angelina was not involved in any misconduct.”
The Group Of Friends Were Allegedly 'Hammered'
The incident reportedly escalated to the point where event organizers called the police to intervene. Sources told Page Six that Pivarnick and her group arrived at around 9 p.m., and some members of the entourage appeared to be “hammered” shortly after entering the venue.
The “Santa’s Secret” attraction is known for its immersive holiday experience, where guests can roam freely through elaborately decorated winter scenes before discovering the entrance to a “naughty” speakeasy featuring drinks and risqué performances. It’s a setting designed for fun and festive cheer, but on this particular night, things reportedly spiraled out of control.
The Victim Speaks Out
Performer Katrina Kemp, a cast member at the “Santa’s Secret” immersive attraction, has spoken out about a deeply unsettling encounter with Pivarnick’s group during a key part of the show. Kemp, who identifies as a “person with dwarfism,” claims she crossed paths with Pivarnick's group during this portion of the evening. According to Kemp, the group’s behavior quickly escalated, leaving her feeling “completely non-human.”
“They were calling me the ‘M’ slur [and] then threatening to fight me once I wanted to end the interaction,” Kemp shared with Page Six. She further alleged that members of the group punched and squeezed her stomach, forcing her to break character and remove her mascot head. “I had to take my mask off and ruin the magic [of the show]. I said, ‘Don’t touch me!’… And they started cursing me out and calling me rude and a b-tch,” Kemp recalled.
While Kemp claims she recognized Pivarnick among the group, she admitted she was unable to identify the individual responsible for the physical interaction due to her limited visibility while wearing the mascot head.
“They were like zoo animals,” Kemp said. “No respect for any of the performers, people who have been on national tours, Broadway, burlesque- and drag-legends.” She also alleged that Pivarnick was overheard asking, “Do you know who I am?” to both staff and guests.
The New York Police Department Showed Up At The Nightclub
The group’s behavior reportedly escalated further, with witnesses claiming they danced on tables, interrupted a live band, and created such a disturbance that security was called in. According to Brandon Voss, the show’s producer from Voss Events, the group refused to leave even after being confronted by staff.
“We called NYPD to get [them] out. When she saw uniformed officers, they left,” Voss explained. The NYPD confirmed that a 911 call was made regarding a dispute at the venue but did not provide further details about the incident.
In response to these allegations, Pivarnick’s attorney, John J. Zidziunas, issued a firm denial, calling the accusations baseless. “This story is completely false and appears to be a clear attempt at creating a clickbait headline,” he stated.
According to Angelina Pivarnick's Attorney, She Was Not Involved
Zidziunas said that she “attended the event with friends and had a wonderful time, spending most of the evening engaging with fans and taking photos” but that “at no point did she act inappropriately or touch anyone.”
“The allegations are baseless. While there were others at the venue whose behavior required police intervention, the police body cam footage and venue video footage will clearly show that Angelina was not involved in any misconduct,” he continued. “The facts will speak for themselves and will ultimately support legal action by Angelina once these allegations are proven false.”
While the details of the alleged incident continue to unfold, Pivarnick maintains her innocence, with her legal representation emphasizing that available body cam footage and venue security recordings will support her claims.
