According to In Touch, Guobadia rushed to court recently to request that the judge reverse his Nov. 19 decision allowing Porsha Williams to film the "RHOA" inside the marital home.

Simon claims that he purchased the $7 million mansion for the couple to live in after they married in November of 2022, but the reality star demanded she be given exclusive use of the home temporarily during their divorce proceedings.

Guobadia opposed the demand, noting that Williams owns a home nearby that she could live in for filming. However, the 43-year-old "RHOA" star claimed that the couple's prenup says she would retain the mansion if they separated.

Guobadia's lawyer claims that the court contradicted itself by ruling in March that the filming issue would be decided by a judge following a hearing and then approving Williams' request in November without a hearing.

“[Simon] files this Motion to Vacate Order on Filming in Marital Residence and seeks to have this Court vacate its November 19, 2024 Order because the Court failed to conduct a hearing as it previously indicated it would on the issue, the Court did not receive any evidence to support its ruling, and equity demands that this Court vacates the Order," read the documents per In Touch.

Guobadia's attorney also accused Williams of using the reality show to "obtain relief from the Court."

“On one hand [Porsha] wants to use her employment to obtain relief from the Court, but on the other hand she wants to use the Court to avoid providing documentation of her employment to [Simon] to prevent him from preparing a defense against [Porsha’s] claims."

"Furthermore, [Porsha] has been selective about what provisions of the prenuptial agreement she wants this Court to enforce for her benefit and what provisions of the prenuptial agreement she wants this Court to ignore when doing so benefits her."

The Blast previously reported that Guobadia filed a defamation lawsuit against Williams after she shared several posts about erectile dysfunction in her Instagram Stories.

Guobadia said that Williams' erectile dysfunction posts hurt his reputation while being "extreme" and "outrageous." The 60-year-old also claimed that the "RHOA" star's "false and defamatory" ED posts resulted in ridicule from Williams' massive amount of social media followers.

Williams did not directly name Guobadia in the ED posts, but her fans read between the lines, and several media outlets picked up on the Instagram Stories.

"These posts were intentionally crafted to imply that [Guobadia] suffers from this condition, casting him in a negative and humiliating light," read the documents, per PEOPLE.  "[Williams’] allegations not only targeted [Guobadia’s] physical and emotional integrity but also struck at the core of his reputation as a capable and respected entrepreneur and philanthropist."

Guobadia is asking the court to award him $75,000 in damages.
