Bachelor Nation’s Amanda Stanton Drops Accusation Against Taylor Swift

Bachelor Nation star Amanda Stanton has made an accusation against pop sensation Taylor Swift regarding her fashion choices.

The former "Bachelor" contestant took to social media to share her claim, grabbing the attention of Bachelor Nation and Swifites alike.

According to Amanda Stanon, Taylor Swift is copying her wardrobe style, specifically after seeing the pop icon wear an embellished black jacket.

On Sunday, December 29, the Bachelor Nation alum took to Instagram to speculate whether Swift is secretly monitoring her wardrobe.

“OK I know it’s a stretch & I am *partially* kidding but when I shared how Taylor wears something similar to what I’m wearing a few days later, I wore an embellished black jacket 6 days ago (totally different style coat but same idea) and this is her tonight out in NYC,” she captioned a photo of Swift rocking a Simkhai coat on a date night with Travis Kelce, which Stanton thinks is similar her Curtis jacket from Misa Los Angeles.

While Swift put her own spin on the look with a pleated mini dress by Fleur du Mal, Stanton styled her jacket with black pants, and both stars accessorized with silver accents. Swift stood out with diamond dangling earrings from De Beers, valued at $34,900, and a glittery Stella McCartney purse priced at $2,450.

Meanwhile, Stanton added a touch of glamour with shimmery Mignonne Gavigan earrings and black heels embellished with silver beads.

The former reality star added, “If this were the only occasion I wouldn’t think anythingggg of it but this is like the 7th time so now I’m paying attention and it just … keeps happening.”

It doesn't seem too far off, as, according to Us Weekly, this past summer, both women were spotted wearing long-sleeve blue mini dresses with a detailed hem.

Stanton’s dress featured sheer sleeves with feather cuffs and a matching hem, which she showcased on Instagram during a vacation to France in June. Fans quickly noted that her look was “bejeweled,” a nod to one of Swift’s hits from her "Midnights" album.

On September 15, 2024, the star made a bold fashion statement, donning an oversized vintage Chiefs tee as a dress and elevating the look with striking accessories. She paired the ensemble with thigh-high leather heeled boots from Giuseppe Zanotti, a Louis Vuitton Coussin PM woven purse valued at $4,800, and jewelry that included a Melinda Maria chain necklace, an Effy ruby-and-diamond ring, and a Shahla Karimi diamond ring.

On Friday, December 27, Swift and Kelce enjoyed a double date night with producer Jack Antonoff and his wife, actress Margaret Qualley, sparking fans to analyze their outfits once again.

For the occasion, Swift turned to some of her favorite brands, donning a Stella McCartney crystal chain-linked blazer, Versace platform boots, and a crystal Versace handbag from the Medusa collection. Swift has frequently shown her admiration for Versace’s Medusa line, having worn the La Medusa sandals for a gala and the Medusa bustier for a bold double denim look at the Chiefs vs. Ravens game in Kansas City in September.

This speculation dates back to her custom green sequined Gucci dress at the 2024 Golden Globes—green, serpent skin-like, it's hard to ignore.
