After nearly a decade-long legal war, Pitt and Jolie have finally reached a settlement in their divorce proceedings.

The Hollywood stars first met while filming "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" in 2003 and subsequently started dating before getting married in August 2014.

However, shortly after their second wedding anniversary and an alleged private jet abuse incident, the "Maleficent" actress filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of their split.

According to the Daily Mail, Pitt and Jolie put pen to paper on Monday with Jolie's divorce lawyer, James Simon, saying the actress is "relieved this one part is over."

"Frankly, Angelina is exhausted," Simon told the news outlet. "More than eight years ago, Angelina filed for divorce from Mr Pitt. She and the children left all of the properties they had shared with Mr Pitt, and since that time, she has focused on finding peace and healing for their family."

Although the estranged couple have settled their long-standing divorce battle, the $62 million legal scuffle over the Chateau Miraval winery remains unresolved.

Pitt sued Jolie in 2022 for selling her stake in their French winery, claiming she violated a previous agreement that gave him the right to first refusal.

The "Lost City" actor reportedly claimed that Jolie intentionally "sought to inflict harm on" him by selling her half of the business and also sought to damage the business' reputation by selling it to a "stranger."

"Jolie pursued and then consummated the purported sale in secret, purposely keeping Pitt in the dark and knowingly violating Pitt's contractual rights," the filing read, per People Magazine.

According to the Daily Mail, a source close to the case shared that the exes are willing to settle scores by taking the Winery case to a jury trial or mediation.

Meanwhile, Jolie might be ready to end the case as soon as possible. Another insider shared that she has "been trying hard to be light after a dark time," and she doesn't "speak ill of him publicly or privately."

"The kids have grown up seeing that some people have so much power and privilege that their voices don't matter. Their pain doesn't count," the source noted. "They have wanted her to speak up for herself, to defend herself over these years but she reminds them to focus on changing laws over telling public stories."

The Former Couple Will Never Work Together Again

Meanwhile, the possibility for Pitt and Jolie to ever appear on screen together as working professionals seems non-existent.

Rumors of a potential on-screen reunion between the exes have been swirling. Film Producer Danny Rossner reportedly wants to hire them to play lovers in his new film, based on real-life hotelier Emmanuel Martinez.

Rossner hoped they could "put their differences aside" for the sake of the project and even had a mouthwatering multi-million dollar offer to it, but Pitt reportedly doesn't care about money and doesn't want to work with his ex-wife.

According to the Daily Mail, a source said there's "no way" the "Fight Club" star would "lower himself" to accept money to work with someone who has caused him so much "heartache."

"All the money in the world wouldn't get Brad to appear in a movie with Angelina ever again," the source shared. "It would definitely spark public interest, but it's not anything he would ever consider for a moment."

Amid his court battles with Jolie, Pitt is seemingly looking to settle down again after kicking off a romantic relationship with girlfriend Ines de Ramon.

The "Bullet Train" actor has been dating the L.A.-based jewelry designer for almost two years and reportedly sees a future with her as sources say he is "interested in getting married again, and it is all thanks to Ines."

"The thing about her is that he is so comfortable with her that it just feels right with her, and he would be more than OK to make it official," the insider added, per the Daily Mail.

"He has spoken to those close to him, including George, and everyone has signed off on him doing it, it would be a nice thing for him as it would be the official moving on from his romantic past with [Jennifer Aniston] and Angie," they added. "That is obviously in everyone's mind and will always be forever in the minds of millions, but it is Ines and her no-nonsense nature that has finally been the person to settle down with."
