The dancer explained that she was scheduled to have both procedures once she returned from her 31st birthday celebrations in Mexico. She and her husband would enjoy the romantic getaway before she geared up to receive her Christmas present.

"My Christmas present this year is that I'm getting a breast augmentation…Guys, I'm freaking out. I'm freaking out, okay, but I'm also so excited…I am also getting a lift. So it's gonna be a lift and augmentation," Arnold explained. She confessed to having mixed reactions about the surgery, saying:

"I'm very excited, but I'm not going to lie like it is kinda scary. It's just like — so many decisions, and it's hard that you make the choices for yourself, and you have to live with those choices. So I'm hoping that I make the right decision."

Arnold confessed that she always wanted to get the boob job and even considered documenting the process for fans. "It's something that I knew I always wanted to do. I know there's mixed opinions on this type of thing, and so I get it. If it's not for you, it's not for you," she said.

"I wanted to let you all know that I have decided not to be a part of 'Dancing with the Stars' this season. This has been one of the hardest decisions to make, but ultimately, I have chosen what I feel is best for myself and my family," she began.

Arnold stressed that the dance competition had been a significant part of her life; however, she needed to focus on her role as a mother. Because her family lived in Utah, shooting the dance show in Los Angeles while her husband held down the fort was challenging.

Apart from the distance, Arnold shared that she and Cusick were trying to expand their family. She noted that their wish for more children complicated her stay on the show; hence, it was best for everyone that she left. Arnold implored fans for their understanding, writing:

"It's so important to me that you understand none of this has anything to do with my love for the show as that will NEVER change, and it also doesn't mean that this is the end for me and DWTS."
