Jordana Brewster likes to go fast… from the restaurant door to her car!
The “F9” star hit up the celeb hotspot Craigs in West Hollywood on Monday night. The beautiful actress quickly made her way through the paparazzi after her meal but did wait long enough so the photogs could appreciate her outfit! The 41-year-old looked amazing in a white halter top, a great pair of heels, and some chic but very loud plaid pants. Brewster’s straight brunette hair and large glasses framed her face perfectly as she accessorized with big hoop earrings, several gold necklaces, and a classy black leather purse. Her powerful look comes after she teased an all-femme “Fast and Furious” spinoff.
Jordana is one of the growing numbers of celebrities popping up around town now that California is fully open and restriction-free. Of course, the world’s biggest stars often dine at the finest restaurants to get their picture taken ahead of premieres, and it is nice to see celebs and the entertainment industry making a comeback.
The latest installment of the Fast franchise is finally set to premiere on June 25, and Jordana is trying to bring a few more eyes to the film… she’s not doing a plaid job (okay, no more plaid jokes)! She recently joined her fellow castmates and hinted that there might be more movies in the franchise’s future.
Jordana, John Cena, Ludacris, and Tyrese Gibson all appeared on SiriusXM’s Stars channel for a sit-down interview on June 15 and hinted about the franchise’s possible future… the future is female!
“The girls need a spin-off,” Ludacris told “Town Hall” hosts Jess Cagle and Julia Cunningham. “That’s what needs a spin-off. All the bada–, kicka– women that are in this film, that’s who deserves it.”
Tyrese quickly chimed in, “I agree,” while Brewster elaborated. “That would be awesome. I’ve heard those rumors. I think that would be incredible.”
“Also, think about all the people we could bring back, right? We could bring back Eva Mendes, who’d be incredible to work with,” she continued. “There’s Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron, really thrown Nathalie [Emmanuel], me and Michelle [Rodriguez].”
Jordana wouldn’t reveal the depth of the real conversations she had with producers, but she’s hopeful. “It would be really, really cool. So, I can’t speak to the discussions, but I think it would be awesome. So, fingers crossed.”
