According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the ‘Jackass’ star was ordered to stay away from the movie’s director for the next three years.

Jeff Tremaine was present in an L.A. County Courtroom today where the judge made the order after reading and hearing details of the threats the director claimed came from the movie star.

“The Court orders a permanent Restraining Order for a period of 3 years. Restraining Order is to expire on June 15, 2024,” the court ruled.
As we reported, Tremaine filed a restraining order against Margera for sending threatening text messages which he says contained death threats. At the time, Jeff claimed he was in fear for his life and the safety of his family. In the documents, Tremaine claims he was the victim of Bam’s rage since February after the producers of the film issued an ultimatum and contract to the ‘Jackass’ star to maintain sobriety during the filming of the movie and enter a rehab program.

According to the legal filing, which contained alleged text messages between the two men — the ‘Jackass’ director claimed Margera used racist slurs.
In early May, Tremaine claims Bam sent a chain of disturbing text messages including this one, “This one is next is your greedy two-house beach Pu–y don’t have a pen! Sign your f—ing death waver you made me sign you f—ing Ni–er.”
Adding, “I’m gonna kill you in one mother f—ing punch. Be brave for once in your pu–y life.” The ‘Jackass’ director claims Margera took shots at his co-star Johnny Knoxville in the text message s too.
Interestingly, on the day of the court hearing, Bam posted a picture of himself on Instagram with the caption, “The best views come after the hardest climb. Thanks for being with me, through mountain highs and valley lows.
