The Lawsuit
TMZ obtained a copy of the legal document sent by Shannon’s legal aid, Gina Rodriguez, to the dentist, whose name has not yet been revealed to the media.
The document noted all the agreements that took place between the parties involved, and how one party defaulted.
According to the document, Shannon and the dentist agreed that she would fly to Beverly Hills, and begin her appointment on Monday.
It also stated that following the completion of the dental work, Shannon would be tasked with tagging the dentist on her Instagram page, as the source of her incredible dental work.
What Went Wrong?
Furthermore, Shannon’s rep revealed that the 41-year-old arrived at the Dentist’s city and booked an accommodation for 12 days. This was the time-frame given by the dentist, for the work to be completed.
Allegedly, instead of fixing her upper and lower teeth like she asked, the dentist removed her temporary dental implants from a previous procedure.
After sustaining such a painful approach, the dentist reportedly refused to continue with his work for a specific reason.
Shannon said he changed the terms of their agreement in a jiffy, and that’s why she is suing him.
Everything Went Wrong
Rodriguez explained that although Shannon was in pain from the implant removal that the dentist did, he wanted to have his way at all cost.
He reportedly told the television star that he would not provide further treatment unless she agreed to promote his business, using media appearances.
Shannon’s lawyer Jeffrey R. Klein said that the dentist had two options only. The first being that he would complete the work based on their original agreement, or pay the sum of $35,000.
According to some reports, Shannon is still in pain, and is looking to get her teeth fixed as soon as possible.
