When Courteney Cox is not doing “Friends: The Reunion,” singing with her daughter, or even dancing with Ed Sheeran (never mind the “routine”), she is cooking.
And she does seem to an excellent cook, just like her “Friends” character, Monica. But while she can rustle up a mean chicken curry, there are other aspects to her personality that remind us of Monica.
Or as Joey said it, “someone ate Monica”…
So here’s Courteney Cox, doing a Monica, without saying she’s one, and making us smile, again…
This Is What Is A Monica
Pretty recently, Cox ran a campaign where she asked her fans to tell her they were a Monica, without saying they were one, and then she went on to prove that she truly fit the role, with rows of organized drawers and shelves.
She captioned the video, “Am I the only one?” but Sarah Hyland was quick to reassure her, commenting, “I had an orgasm when that drawer opened”…
Here’s the video, and despite the orgasm, it’s not NSFW at all.
Next, Cox danced with Ed Sheeran, for real!
Doing “The Routine”
Episode 10 of season 6 showed Monica and Ross do a dance, and the title was “The One with the Routine “.
So Cox revisited the routine, only this time, her dance partner was not her on-screen brother, David Schwimmer but a certain ginger-haired singer, Ed Sheeran.
This little skit was part of “Friends: The Reunion” and fans were smitten. Especially Kaley Cuoco, who commented, “This is EPIC”.
So did Cox and Schwimmer do it better, or did Sheeran add more oomph to the routine?
You be the judge. Coming up, Cox’s real Monica avatar…
Eating Her Way Through Disneyland
56-year-old Cox is a fan of Disneyland, or rather, the delish treats at the Anaheim, California-located theme park, that has just recently opened after the pandemic seems to have settled down.
Cox starts the video in front of the Sleeping Beauty castle, exclaiming how much she loves Disneyland and how it makes her feel “so good”,
And then she begins to eat, starting with the Mickey Mouse chocolate bar, pink cotton candy, a giant turkey leg, and finally a Dole Whip.
The video ends with Cox holding her stomach, saying, “I don’t feel so good.”

Monica Is Finally Full
This is the Monica, the fat Monica, from episode 8, season 5 of the sitcom, titled, “The One With All The Thanksgivings”.
When Monica refuses to eat the pies that her mother, Judy, offers her, her father Jack Geller pipes, “Well, Judy, you did it. She’s finally full.”
It seems Cox too, is finally full, at Disneyland although we have to admit, we are very, very jealous!
And as Ashley Benson also said, “LOL SAME!!!!! I go for the food. 😂😂😂😂 you forgot the Corndog!!!!!!!”
Fancy some Alabama rolls? Or Jennifer Aniston‘s go-to snacks?
