Back in late April, Megan Thee Stallion took to her social media feeds that she would be taking a music hiatus. She did add though that her team would be making some posts on her accounts, much to the delight of her fans. No one knew how long this hiatus would be but thankfully, it didn’t last long at all. On Sunday afternoon, Megan uploaded a graphic of her waking up from her rest in a machine, as the caption read “IM BACK HOTTIES. ADDRESS ME AS MS SNOW.” This refers to her alter ego, Tina Snow.
Megan Has New Music Coming This Week
Along with this good news (no pun intended), Megan wasted no time in announcing that new music would be released soon. On Monday afternoon, she took to her social media feeds to say that a new single titled “Thot S*it,” will be out on June 11. This will featured a day of star-studded music releases, which includes Migos‘ “Culture III” album, and Polo G’s “Hall Of Fame” album. Nonetheless, Megan may have a top five single, due to the high demand for her to end her hiatus.
Megan Is Also Serving Impressive Natural Looks
In addition to Megan‘s hiatus ending and the anticipation growing for her new “Thot S*it” single, she is also continuing to impress with her looks on social media. On Monday, she uploaded several photos of herself in a blue bikini, as she was also rocking her natural hair. There was a lot of it, as her millions of Instagram followers rejoiced in how great she looked, as usual. Megan’s caption was “While I Was away,” while inserting a blue heart.
Megan Has Dominated With Award Wins In 2021
Prior to the music hiatus, Megan Thee Stallion was on fire to start 2021. In March, she scored three Grammy wins out of the four she was nominated in. These were for Best Rap Song, Best New Artist, and Best Rap Performance. The song that won big was “Savage” remix, featuring fellow Houston superstar, Beyoncé. At the Billboard Music Awards last month, Megan took home the award for Best Rap Female Artist. She was able to edge out Cardi B and Saweetie in this category.
Fans Anticipate That Megan’s ‘Good News’ Album Will Receive A Deluxe Edition
In addition to the “Thot S*it” single arriving on June 11, fans also believe that Megan may be releasing the deluxe edition to her 2020 debut studio album, “Good News,” soon. This is due to her being seen with the outfit from the album cover in the announcement for her music hiatus back in April. Megan hasn’t confirmed this yet, but it’s something that seems like a huge possibility. Good News originally debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 chart and featured hits such as “Savage” remix, “Cry Baby” feat. DaBaby, and “Body.”
