Carrie Underwood is turning heads and wowing fans with her insanely-toned workout body, this as the 38-year-old continues to promote her best-selling clothing. The country singer and CALIA by Carrie athleisurewear founder is fresh from seeing her popular apparel label share a photo of her – it was poolside and mega cardio on Saturday as the “Southbound” singer worked her muscles for an impressive display. Wearing Swift Shorts and her brand’s Keyhole Tank, Carrie showed ’em it ain’t just the vocals worth paying attention to. Check it out below.
Scroll for the photo. Carrie, whose world-famous legs train seven days a week (if she can find the time), had been snapped by a pool and with a 100% focused expression as she ran on the spot and lifting one leg up high.
The 2005 “American Idol” winner, last year releasing both her “Find Your Path” diet and exercise book and Fit52 app, stunned in pale sporty shorts, also showing off her super-sculpted arms in a matching light tank. Simply ponytail hair kept it unfussy.
Carrie, glowing with a golden tan and also rocking crisp white sneakers, was tagged by CALIA, with the brand writing: “Our lightweight Swift Shorts and breathable Keyhole Tank allow you to #StayThePath, no matter how busy life gets.”
StayThePath accompanies #ChooseYou as hashtags promoting CALIA, this year celebrating its sixth anniversary. The brand was already third best-selling after Nike and Under Armour at Dick’s Sporting Goods in 2016. Now, CALIA retails everything from summery bikinis to outerwear. More photos after the jump.
CALIA, which boasts 570,000 Instagram followers, had the fans in early on today. “You are such an inspiration,” one fan replied. Carrie, who is raising sons Jacob and Isaiah, gets the workouts in when she can. She told Shape:
“I’ve become an expert at working out with nothing! I’m great at putting things together, and thinking: ‘What do I have around me that I can use?’ Maybe it’s three steps—I can use that! Or I have a chair I can do dips on.” See more photos below!
Carrie, last year admitting she briefly starved herself on just 800 calories a day following her 2005 “American Idol” win, added that she wants to be “stronger.”
“If I feel good in my clothes, and I’m starting to see some muscles, it just makes me want to keep going. I enjoy how I feel when running up a flight of stairs or picking up my kids or carrying things is easy. I like seeing muscles and feeling progress,” she added.
