A year ago, fans did not know what to expect when Netflix released “Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness.” However, as time went on, they got more interested in Joseph Maldonado-Passage, also known as “Joe Exotic.”
The zookeeper doted on millions of viewers and in a way, they could not wait to see him in action again.
Well, that’s not going to be a problem, as a new limited series titled “Joe Exotic,” has come to the big screens.

The Series Plot
According to reports, this new series is centered on the Wondery podcast Joe Exotic: Tiger King, which is often hosted by a journalist called Robert Moor.
The plot reflects on the issues that erupted between Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin, a seemingly big cats lover.
When Baskin made a discovery that Exotic was nurturing his cats for profit only, she got mad and decided to prevent him for doing so anymore.
However, from what fans could tell in the former series, Baskin was not all that innocent.
The Struggle Is Real
Exotic soon grasped a hint of what Baskin was trying to do and he decided to use blackmailing tactics to get her to fold.
The duo went back and forth with one another, and sjockinglt, this led to a series of events, some that might have even ended in fatal ways.
This drama series is worth every viewing because it details the short fuse that was lit between Baskin and her cats-loving neighbor, Exotic.
From minor to major crimes, and accusations of hypocrisy, then legal matters, this series drenched in drama, will be with it if given a shot.
Baskin & Exotic Had Real Life Problems Too
It’s not every day that fans get to see characters in a movie transcend their dislike for one another to the real world. But hey! Have you met Baskin and Exotic?
The real-life feud is quite real, and according to reports, is still unfolding many daring situations between these cat lovers.
Following legal battles against one another, Baskin got her first victory. Exotic was sentenced to 22 years in prison, when the court found him guilty of trying to murder Baskin and endangering wildlife.
A report also alleged that Baskin was given temporary control over Exotic’s zoo and animals.
More About ‘Joe Exotic’
The production company has had a lot of good things to say about the drama series.
A statement by Susan Rovner, who’s the head of NBC Universal’s entertainment content, noted that the series “is shaping up to be a bold and provocative drama.”
The series was enacted through a joint effort from Ethan Frankel, who’s writing and producing, Marshall Lewy, Aaron Hart and Hernan Lopez.
According to NBC, Justin Tipping will direct and manage the first four episodes of the series.
